This platform is highly recommended but the support hasn't responded in 1 week on whatsapp and on email for 4 days. I've dropped several messages but no response. They need to improve their support system
Zqdropshipping is my go to agent without a doubt. I had zero problems with my orders. Very fast and easy services and overall great customer service.
The service is poor. They charge fees for both withdrawals and deposits, totaling 11%. There are only two deposit options, and no way to withdraw funds directly—you have to contact an agent to request a withdrawal.
I ordered a few products, and it has been 20 days since the order was placed, yet I still haven’t received them. I even had issues placing the order. After ordering, they didn't inform me of the shipping cost. Only after payment did they disclose it, which ended up being double the cost of the products (around $50-$60, depending on the weight).
They spent a week claiming they would manage the shipping, only to later ask me how I wanted the items shipped due to an issue with one of the items in my order. They explained that the package was large and required a different shipping method—ridiculous! I assumed they would ship the items the same day or the next, given I had already paid. But based on my experience, it didn't go as expected. I'm still waiting, but is it worth it?
They also mentioned their app is under review, so they’re handling everything manually. How is this even possible?
