Buchbinder Arvostelua

Service in Bielefeld was competent and extremely polite. Everything was well organized.

I spent around 45 minutes just looking for the car in the parking lot as I had been provided the false parking spot number. There was employee helping out in the lot, who had too much work. On return there is absolutely no one to do the return formalities and hence I just have to drop the car and leave. That is unfair because then there is no one to check the car together with. Also the time of return was false. I returned the car on time but the car was checked later.

Völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Auto - Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, voller Tank.
Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.

Desk right after bag retrieval. Competent staff. Short walk to cardepot. Well organised car return. One of the best car rentals we have experienced.

Anmietung in Solingen lief problemlos, neuen LKW erhalten in tadellosem Zustand, Automatik kostete keinen Aufpreis. Immer gerne wieder

Good value for money, helpful and efficient staff - overall a very good experience and I can only recommend Buchbinder. (note: in Munich Buchbinder is at the same desk as Europcar - I had to ask around a bit but everything else was perfect).

helpful and friendly staff ,excellent service

Alles top. Schneller und unkomplizierter Service. Super prezind top Fahrzeugzustand.

verall the rental was good. No other chargeable add-ons were thrown at me. The rental car was clean and really nice to drive. Pick up and drop off worked smoothly and the price was reasonable. Only but major criticism: the booking of a required child seat was not in the system and only fortunately there was still a child seat available . Had no child seat been available, the whole rental would have been void. The then offered child seat was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Obviously none of the staff had bothered to subject it to even the slightest cleaning.

Pick up area outside town but cheap enough by taxi. Very friendly and efficient staff, I was on my way in no time. Can recommend.

Fast and very friendly service at Buchbinder city office in Berlin-Kurfürstenstr. - as well at pick up as at return!
Plus a generous upgrade!
Top!

Fast, friendly service at Berlin Brandenburg Airport, free upgrade to a brand new bigger car. Easy returns process. I'd certainly use them again.

I booked the car in Augsburg and the pickup and return processes were very easy and straight. The female at the desk was very friendly and helpfull.

Das Fahrzeug entsprach genau meinen Anforderungen. Gerne wieder.
