I was skeptic about buying a CPAP from Brivelle since I hadn't heard of them before. However, it's been great so far. It's quiet and the app integration is a nice touch. Occasionally the app sync does lag, but overall a great buy.

Took the Brivelle metal detector to the beach and it's amazing how many coins we found! It's user-friendly, though the handle feels a bit flimsy. All in all, a fun product.

Absolutely in love with Brivelle's pram! It’s so easy to fold and has plenty of storage space. Only issue I faced was the brake was a bit sticky initially, but after a few uses, it's fine now.

Disaster trolley for my baby, heavy expensive after 9month is not easy to push ,I regret to buy it ,looks like good in the pictures but reality other things
Should everybody not buying online

My order was a little bit slow to be delivered, but customer service was helpful and the item I ordered works well :)

Le personnel de cette entreprise est à l écoute du client. J'ai eu affaire à Audrey qui est très disponible, très arrangeante et qui n hésite pas à chercher un appareil qui puisse vous convenir.
Encore merci à toute l Équipe.

I ordered a sleep apnea machine from this company costing close to £560. It is now over three weeks later and nothing has arrived. Their tracking is completely fraudulant and is not connected to any delivery process at all. Their advertised address is a mail forwarding post box in Covent Garden, Their phone is a Skype number withvthe main purpose bring to hide the originating country. Companies House show all directors and secretary having one name and that being a Moroccan National domiciled in Turkey. Needless to say the company is refusing to engage with me and I have had to stop payment on my credit card to gain a partial refund (I am still £180 out of pocket).
In short everything about this company is not as they present themselves (even their name is calculated to ape Breville). Be very cautious about dealing with them, particularly if your order is for a large sum.
I can say that at worst these people are scammers, and at best the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a portable 3 ltre oxygen concentrator and Audrey E guided me through the purchase with great patience. The purchase price was very competitive, especially as I was given a further £20 discount. My bank has created some new security protocols so a first -time purchase was very complicated. Audrey E provided me with Brivelle Ltd's bank details so that I could make a bank transfer. It was a much easier transaction, thanks to her excellent and patient assistance. I shall definitely be making more purchases from Brivelle. additional info: The order was made on 5/7/23 and was delivered on 6/7/23, excellently packaged and in top condition, well ahead of schedule. Thank you Brivelle staff.

Great and helpful staff, very easy to get in touch.
Great product and excellent service.

Thank you 😊

Highly recommend brivelle for anyone looking for trustful and enjoyable online shopping experience

I just wanted to drop a quick review to say thanks for the awesome oxygen machine you provided. It arrived super fast and has been a huge help in improving my breathing. I've noticed a big difference since I started using it.

I also appreciated the great support you gave me after the sale. Your team was always there to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a Baby Pram from Brivelle store, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the shopping experience. The pram is everything I was looking for in terms of quality, design, and functionality, and the customer service provided by Brivelle was top-notch. Delivery was 5 days but thats okay for a pram.

Firstly, the pram itself is a beautiful piece of engineering. It's sturdy yet lightweight, which makes it easy to maneuver, even in tight spaces. The wheels are made from high-quality materials that are durable and provide a smooth ride for the baby. The fabric used in the pram is soft and breathable, ensuring that the baby is comfortable and protected from the elements.

What I loved most about the pram was its versatility. It can be adjusted in multiple ways, from the angle of the seat to the height of the handlebar, making it perfect for parents of all heights. The canopy is also adjustable, providing ample protection from the sun and windd

I am writing to express my satisfaction with my recent purchase from Brivelle. The machine I ordered arrived in just five days, which I was thrilled about. Throughout the purchase process, communication with your company was excellent, and I was kept informed of any delays or issues. I appreciated that you even let me know about the one-day delay due to a strike.

The product was well-packed and arrived in excellent condition, which I am very happy with.

Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience of purchasing from your company. I will definitely be recommending you to others and using your services in the future.

Received machine yesterday, box and atomizer were damaged in shipping, they are sending a new atomizer. I love the machine, slept like a charm! quiet machine and very comfortable. Company communication is excellent. Very happy customer.

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled on this occaision....I ordered an expensive piece of respiratory equipment (£569 ! )... Having not received a despatch email after 4 days I became suspicious and then came across these terrible reviews. Too late for me ....and I expected the worse.... Day 5 I received despatch notification but again based on the reviews I wasnt holding my breath... 8 working days from order my package arrived !! ... I am pleased to report the item arrived well packed and is of extremely high quality with clear instructions and works well.... So for someone expecting to have been scammed I have to report I am delighted with my product and Brivelle delivered within the quoted 8-10 days ...

NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT WON'T ANSWER PHONE
EMAIL OR CONTACT FORM TRIED EVERYTHING TO CONTACT THEM IMPOSSIBLE

I went to buy from this company and thankfully came here first. I looked up the address that this company lists and ZERO comes up on google. They appear to be lying about the address and having seen the reviews, this company is clearly dodgy. How dare companies like this try to scam people in poor health.

The most important thing for me was when an issue there is regarding shipping and delivery, there was a fast response and genuine intent to resolve the issue. The article fulfills the expectation. Congratulations and thank you.

We ordered an oxygnator on 20th October delivered on 22th October, we did not know how to use but the helpline was supportive thank you guys
