Overall it was a good experience. However, after purchase the first thing I had to do was put fuel in my car. Considering customers are paying thousands of pounds it’d be nice to have at least a quarter tank provided

Bought my Mercedes GLA 200 from the Irvine Motor store group about 2 months ago. I contacted them regarding a car which was only just put on their system, Darren got in touch straight away and was fantastic. Kept me in the loop with all the steps the car was going though before I picked it up. Whenever I asked for photos/videos it was never an issue, questions were always answered quickly. The car itself is amazing, it was immaculate when I picked it up. The process on the day of picking up my car was quick and easy. Thanks again, absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Not very Happy with the conduct of the service department manager. I've been a constant customer for 8 or more years without an issue. I returned my vehicle as it would have failed the MOT on front Passenger wheel bearing, This was changed the previous year by their service department because of MOT failure. Because there was new parts put on in July 2025, bearing in mind MOT was August 2025, they deam the car has been involved recently in an accident due to the condition of parts on vehicle. Will not replace wheel bearing under warranty. Basically between going backwards and forwards with Manager, he has refused to do any work on vehicle. Very disappointed. Lost faith now

Had a major service and mot and brake fluid change, excellent service I use this garage all time never disappointed.

Simple and easy trade in and they helped get the car I wanted and could afford, excellent customer service , updates regularly on progress of sale and car as it had just came in and was going through a service and not, was a bit of travel to get there didn't know it was so far, but that was my fault. Got there just signed the paperwork checked over the car and drove away, simple and perfect service , would definitely use again in the future.

The experience was very good but, I was told that the van i bought would be serviced & vslited, once I picked the van up there was No add blue in the tank & although the van was clesn, it wasn't valeted, apparently from that I would deal again
