I would strongly advise people to avoid this dealer.

I bought a Nissan Navara from them which developed numerous problems shortly after purchase. I have since had the vehicle independently inspected, and the expert report identified significant longstanding faults and discrepancies in the vehicle’s recorded mileage.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience and the way this matter has been handled.

Based on my experience, I would not trust this dealer and would strongly recommend that potential customers look elsewhere

my experience with Bridgend motors was exemplary. Owing to a disability I am no longer able to drive longer distances to view the car but this was no problem for the wonderful JordanKemnedy. Went in to look for a potential new Skoda car and left with a new Citroën car instead,
Staff were friendly and accommodating when asking questions about certain aspects and opinions for best suited car for what I wanted it for.
They offered umbrellas for us as it began raining during the visit.
The sales lad Jordan that ended up assisting me with the purchase was extremely helpful and even insisted on test driving the two cars in the end that I was unable to decide between allowing me to see what one was more my feel for driving, I was apprehensive of test driving as I'm a bit of a worrie and only like driving my own cars but im glad he insisted on the test drive as one of the cars I was looking at when I entered and drove I was able to know it definitely wasnt the car for me.
Ive had the car 2weeks now and i am really enjoying my new car and hope this one lives up to the same expectations as my last car that was purchased from Bridgend 8.5 years ago.
Only thing that has let the rating down was the cleanliness of the car upon picking the car up after it had been to get cleaned prior to collection and there was dirty inside and scratches on the leather seats that weren't there the day before when I had a look at the car. Also wheel bolt cap covers where missing for one of the tyres.
But over all happy with the process and would recommend having a look if your after a new car.

Salesman Stewart Orr acknowledged us when we entered premises and said give him a shout if/when needed as we were looking at one specific one on display but something about it didn’t appeal to me salesman only spoke when I went to him for some information about a couple of cars in stock atmosphere was friendly and as they the rest is history the sale was done
