Having previously dealt with Brethertons through the loss of my father, when I needed legal advice and representation with a family matter I had no hesitation in contacting Brethertons. The service received from initial contact, keeping up to date, attending court right through to completion was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I purchased a fixed fee online service, she does not respond to anything for weeks and it appears only a phone call will prompt her to look at your case.
A painful process indeed.

I met Simon at the most tumultuous time of my life, my mental health was in shambles and I had lost complete trust and confidence in my previous legal representatives as they were not acting in my best interest. I was in a pothole then I met Simon…it was almost as if an angel had been sent to me to help navigate through the false allegation that has been dragging for 2 years.

We contacted Brethertons with a simple question about an existing will of our mother's. It was a simple matter that could have answered over the phone . But Brethertons tried to sell us a new will . We refused . They sent us a bill for nearly £400 . Would we recommend Brethertons ? Is the pope a Protestant?
