I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I didn't have to. Booked to go away, had surgery spoke to breakfree reassured me I could change date. When came to change we can't do it. Absolutely rubbish company no compassion, all they want is your money. No help.at all. Parkdean where more helpful
Wouldn't bother booking they don't know what there doing one says yes the other no can't help you waste of time.

Was booked to go to Torquay from 1st to 5th april. Unfortunately was rushed into Hospital on 27th March. Afyer being released contacted Breakfree to ask for some help back for the cost of the holiday. Answer no your getting nothing should have taken insurance out ( true but didnt expect to be in Hospital ). Overall wish i could give them ZERO Rating for their unhelpfullness and the way i was treated. Small caviat, myself and two of my children i was taking are all Disabled. Useless, money hrabbing company. Please please avoid using them

Just returned from our long weekend at Sand le Mere
and sorry to say, we won't be returning.
We received a text on the morning of us travelling, to say the pool won't be in use at all over the weekend but on the Sunday we saw people in it to be told it was in use but we were too close to it closing to use it (not sure why a text couldn't be sent out saying it was now open). The 'gold plus' caravan we stayed in was VERY basic. Apparently we should have received a phone call to tell us to bring our own towels, teatowels and toiletries (and lots of other items, so it seems!) but while at reception, we heard another couple also didn't receive a call. The site was also very basic. The arcade didn't accept cash on the machines, the climbing wall was never up, the beach was inaccessible
We ended up driving in to Hull thirty minutes away or Withernsea just down the road every day, for things to do (Withernsea has a lovely little arcade and lovely beach)
We also had to pay for Wifi in the caravan which we've never had to do on any of our other breaks.
All in all, the caravan and site were very disappointing but we made sure we enjoyed our time in Hull and Withernsea.

Booking was very easy to do and the price offered for our holiday was extremely affordable - Thank you.

We was given a caravan right by the entrance what we wasnt told was there was building work going on and just before 8 banging every day . Also noise of constant cars as we was on a roundabout just by the entrance of the park .
