Wonderful experience with Breakfree! We have had so many wonderful holidays over the years! Highly recommend.

Just booked a caravan holiday throught Breakfree holidays but feel let down by the whole experience. At the point of booking I was advised that linen would be included in the quoted price. Once I had completed the booking and made full payment I was then advised that the linen was not included and that there would be an additional charge. Although they admitted their error and apologised, it was what happened next that I found disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to rectify the problem they washed their hands of it. Their attitude seemed to be sorry we messed up but it's your problem now, really poor attitude to customer service. Being balanced they did respond to my complaint promptly and offered to cancel the booking but I still feel this a poor way to treat customers once you have made an error.

Yesterday I was just browsing the holidays and thus morning I woke to find out that they have used my details and have taken an unorthorised payment. Nobody to talk to about it and the on line help just keep coming back as invalid booking reference

Positive experience when searching and booking. Only thing is there should be an option to pay what you like above the minimum. I had to pay minimum and then go back in to clear the balance

I always book through Breakfree Holidays as the prices are reasonable to go away with the dog, and they have a good variety of places

Nightmare. Kept having to go back time and time again. No pictures of layout or much detail at all so not sure what I'm getting in the way of accommodation. Fingers crossed

I was able to get the right caravan on the right date for the selected site whereas there were no bookings available from the sites owners.

Very unfriendly website - didn't like first password because it had not said it required mixture of characters; didn't like the discount code; told me the booking was invalid, but I managed to book and pay for it on the fifth attempt. Now I need a holiday...

Easy to book. Only a £10 deposit. On the one occasion I needed to call them, the call was answered quickly and the advisor was helpful and friendly.

Was nice easy website havnt used this company before so hopefully will have a good holiday want a get away after the winter
