I ordered a 75 " tv over the phone for $1550.00 including tax on 1/19/24 and was told I would have delivery in 5-7 days . I was never sent an order number or tracking number but they made sure to charge my credit card on that day . I called 13 times and each time I had to wait between 32 and 57 minutes to talk to someone about my order. Several times during calls , they pick up phone and hang up and you have to start all over again. When I finally speak to somebody, they say they will have your salesperson call you . But he never calls . People that answer the phone have told me , they have emailed my salesman to call me , but still no calls. I call and wait for 43 minutes for someone to talk to and ask to speak to a manager , they tell me no managers are available at this time and they will have one call me. I am still waiting for that call. I then sent emails to customer service , detailing my issues. They send a computer generated response each time and it says the same thing. We are sorry for your inconvenience and your salesperson will call you shortly . Still waiting after 6 emails. On Feb 2,2024, I called Brandsmart and waited 12 minutes and got disconnected again , called back and after 33 minutes additional time waiting , I cancelled the order and requested my charge be credited. I was assured the order was cancelled and my card would be credited . Ten days later (2/12/24) I get my credit card bill and the charge has not been credited. I call Brandsmart and wait 45 minutes to speak with someone. I speak with a customer service team member and advised that refunds take 3-5 business days to credit to your account. I advised her , it had been 10 days . Her response, oh, I'll have to have a manager call you . I laughed and she asks why are you laughing . I tell her I have been waiting for a manager to call me for over 3 weeks. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BRANDSMART . RUN RUN RUN FROM THEM AND DON'T LOOK BACK. They don't know what customer service is . I hear there response for warranty repair claims is WORST.

I bought 4 cameras from the Doraville Georgia store. I found them on the Lorex camera website cheaper than I paid at this store. So I called them today and was transferred to every department the store has I believe. Needless to say after 1.5 hours of wasted time on the phone i was told to come into the store. So I drove the 1.5 hours to the store to show them on the Lorex website that they were cheaper on there than what I paid at brandsmart, because they will price match. It was an approximate $130 difference, so yes I wanted to be reimbursed. I showed them that they were cheaper on the website and they said since I bought 2 separate cameras from brandsmart, because that's how they sell them, now mind you they are the same cameras, that they could not reimburse me any money because the 2 pack the website sells is considerably less to buy than they could sell them for and wouldn't honor their price. I was like what the heck??? I went off, especially after they said I could have called to settle this over the phone before I came to the store. This had me furious!!! Then to tell me they couldn't do a refund!!! What ever happen to the customer is always right?? Thos store manager was rude and unprofessional and clearly was looking to get out of offer me a refund after there refund policy says .....find it cheaper and we will refund.....NO HASSLES!!!! Well that's Bullcrap!!! Long story short, the cameras will be taken back to this crappy, poor run, discustomer service store, my brandsmart card cut up and no longer used and a customer of nearly 20 years lost. Not that they would care but please beware of there lying policies and price comparisons.

I purchased an undercounter icemaker here, and it is a lemon! It makes ice, but the ice melts immediately. I called the manufacturer who told me it was a defect, and that Brandsmart should give me a new unit or my money back, as it was only 2 mi the old, and had just been Installed. Brandsmart insisted they pick it up and try to repair it. First time theytried to pick it up when I wasn't home, since they never scheduled it. They took it for a week and returned it with nothing done to it. So I had it installed, Uninstaller and reinstalled! I called Brandamart and told them again what the manufacturer said. Again they said they needed to pick it up and try to repair it. They called me a couple days later and said nothing was wrong with it "it makes ice...it's not a freezer". An expensive icemaker should maintain the icecubes..not have to immediately be emptied. A countertop unit would work significantly better. They want to return a broken unit to me again. It is extremely noisy and doesn't keep icecubes. Do NOT purchase from Brandsmart!! They don't stand behind their one year warranty. I asked to speak with a mgr and was told they would call me, but so far they still have my broken unit, and nobody has called!

I purchased a refrigerator from the outlet store. I had to pick it up because delivery was not available until the following week and my fridge had stopped working. When I came home I found out that the control panel didn’t work. I called Brandsmart and they sent a technician in 3 days. The technician suggested a replacement. Brand smart gave me a hard time to return the defective fridge. I had to pay 95 for them to send someone to get it. Very poor service. Manager was rude. I will never go back to the store.

Never buy from Brandsmart unless you take it with you. Supposed to deliver on Monday, came and said driveway was too long and the 2 mile drive was unsafe. It’s a 200 foot drive, 9 feet wide, so lazy delivery driver entered false data in system. They said they would send a different truck on Tuesday. Nobody showed. Then said Wednesday, nobody showed. Then said they would deliver on Friday. Waited all day. Called when time exceeded window they gave, and told me at 2:00 they would be there in a few minutes. Called again at 4:00 when they haven’t arrive, told me they weren’t sure as I was the next stop. They put me on hold and came back and said they were in route to my home. Then at 6:00, they told me they were in traffic, but should arrive in 30 minutes. It’s now 9:00 at night, and just got off phone. They never were in route, nor was the deliver scheduled. So four days off work and still no appliance, and they have refused to deliver and they are holding my money for the appliance. Sounds like the perfect scam.

I had an appointment for my dishwasher to be repaired from 9am-1pm. The repair man called me at 8:57, but I was in a meeting with a professor that ended at 9am. I called back at 9:10 (only about 10 minutes later). When I called back they told me I had 'missed my appointment'. How on earth could I have missed my appointment from 9am-1pm having called back ten minutes later? I called two different agents to see if any of them could help. The first agent told me they had tried to call the repair man and he hadn't picked up, the second agent told me the repair man said he refused to come. When I asked the second agent to speak to the manager she told me the manager wasn't available. She said Id received a call back from the manager but I never received one.

Very poor customer service, Melody at 954-797-4000 was so rude, I have never encountered such horrible animal. My deliver was scheduled between 3:30-6:30, at 7:30 no delivery. Melody was very rude and treated me as though I was disturbing her by asking about my deliver time. I would rather pay the extra money for my merchandise some place else than to be treated like a third class citizen. It is not worth the humiliation I encountered with those people. I rather pay more with a peace of mind. Brandsmart customer service is the worst. And the employees let you know that they can get away with treating the customers badly. I will never spend another cent with those people. By the way two men showed up at my door after 8:30 pm to deliver my appliances. I refused to answer, I am a single woman who lives along. If something bad had happened to me no one would have known who created the crime.

THE WORSE STORE IN THE USA. Their service center repair is a piece of trash.
We bought more than ten thousand dollars in home appliances at the BrandsMart located at16051 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157.
First, we have to wait weeks for the appliances to arrive. Then we have to cancel a stove that never arrived and bought it from a different store. About a year after the purchase the dishwasher stopped working. I called the warranty department, and they sent a technician (Beresford) who was unable to find out the problem. He told me that he will report it and place an order to replace the computer of the machine. When I called BrandsMart to check on the status of the order the customer service department told me that they did not have any request to replace any part of my machine because the technician had reported that my machine was perfectly fine. They had to send a new technician and they advised me to send an email to the Corp. office to report the incident. Which I did, but no one reply any of my email or return any call. I spent more than a month without a working dishwasher.
A few months after I also have an issue with my washing machine, when I called to report it they had the nerve to send me the same technician (Beresford) and guess what?... he couldn't solve the issue either. This time he didn't lie, and placed the order for the part that needed it to be replace. I had to wait more than 2 weeks for the part to be deliver to the store. When he called me to schedule the visit to replace the part, I was clear to him about the time I was available and guess what? he showed up to my house while I was out, therefore the appointment had to be rescheduled. After an ugly conversation between him and my husband in which he told my husband "I'm making you favor by going to your house" we called BrandsMart and requested a different technician. So, they schedule an appointment for almost a month after. Their "excuse" is that they don't have that many technicians.
The first service call was placed 7/11 and it wasn't until 8/24 when someone finally came to "repair" the machine. A repair that lasted 1 day as the machine stop working again the very next day. When I called to complaint the wanted me to wait another 2 weeks for someone to come. I got very upset and after a very rough discussion they moved the appointment just a week. I still wasn't happy because I had spent more than a month with not washer. And, for any mother with kids this is very frustrating and inconvenient. They careless about their customer. I WILL NEVER BUY ANITHING FROM THEM AGAIN! plus it seems that all their merchandise is garbage.

I ordered an item on line during a sale .I chose to pick it up at a local store even tho I had to have my family pick up,because the delivery was 56.00..the item was only 74.00,so that was too expensive. I paid for it on line ,and sent the on line sale info to my family to pick up.it said an I.d.is needed at pick up and your credit card transaction. Which he had both and was refused the pick up ,he was told I personally had to be there in person .This was a great inconvenience and I will ask for a refund ,I called the store and explained the situation and was told the only recourse was to ask for a refund . The on line choice you get does not say you have to pick up in person and I find this very deceptive and the customer is inconvenienced, and they could care less.

Brandsmart USA is never a reliable Company, this is the third times they scammed me. I am writing my views on what what they did to me again. They are scammers they don't do what they are saying. I made an order three months ago they kept playing me around. They told me to pay for the
1. IBC
2. Import License
3. Terminal Receiving Charges and delivery fee. I paid everything faithfully and at the end of the day they didn't deliver. So it was again two days back when they call me the issues was from the delivery man. Now what I should do is to make another pay so that my Items will be registered under DHL Company, once I make the payment the delivery man will arrive, I was excited and never knew you that it was a trick from them. so after I paid the money they block and I couldn't reach them again till now. So Brandsmart USA is scam company.

Ustedes son pésimos la verdad, me dieron un crédito de $1000 encargué una cama resulta que días antes del delivery me dijeron q no la había, use los $1000 en otra compra me he mantenido haciendo mis pagos en tiempo sin quedar mal con ustedes y resulta q me cerraron la cuenta basados en cosas absurdas. Quien podrá tener la intención de no pagar $157 cuando debió $1000 y no lo hizo??? Ahora es q me fijo en sus reseñas y veo q son tal y como son, pésimas!!!! Verdad q cuando el rio suena piedras trae!!! Les es necesario mejorar.

mala atencion al cliente mas publicidad engañosa ,tremenda estafa que me dieron compre una computadora lo cual nunca me llego ami domicilio le pregunte al vendedor que es lo que pasaba y no me dio ninguna respuesta ,no los recomiendo comprar en esta tienda es toda una estefa deberian cerra por completo esta tienda

Glad to see this company only has a 2.5 average rating. I'd give it a -5. They DON'T stand behind what they say, they DO NOT protect the consumer, and they will lead you on a merry chase pretending to care. Buy somewhere else. I'd love to see this company fall on its face. The furniture I purchased there (with a 5 year warranty no less), is not even fit for a Goodwill donation.

Worst customer service experience ever!!!! Two years ago, I bought a Sealy brand mattress and a few months ago it started having significant sagging areas in the middle. I requested an inspection from the company. It took them two months to schedule. When they finally arrived for the evaluation, the person had horrible customer service manners. He treated me like if he was doing me a favor, ignored all my questions, barely spoke and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He didn’t get near the mattress nor touched it; he only took a few pictures from a distance. A week later they gave me the results of the evaluation. They told me that my mattress wasn’t sinking enough to be covered by the warranty. Warranty covers if it sags 3 inches or more, and that was not my situation. I wonder how they were able to determine that with a few pictures from a distance. Stay away from this store…..it is clear that to them, the customers NEVER come first!!!!

I ordered through hello tech project 3 unit pioneer XDJ-XZ, to date I paid 1800€, I have not received the refund and I have not received the goods. Shipping in Italy. I can't talk to them

Took my order and payment for an item that showed in stock. When it hadn't shipped after three weeks, I contacted them to ask why it hadn't shipped. I was told they were "waiting for it to come in" and that they had no ETA. Several days later, they cancelled the order and issued a refund. So they basically kept my money for a month and gave me nothing. At best, this is a terrible retailer who can't manager either basic inventory control or timely notification to customers when there is an inventory issue affecting their order. At worst, Brandsmart is a fraudulent company taking short-term loans at the expense of trusting customers. Never again will I do business with this sham of a company.

I place an online order and it was cancel. I spoke to a rep and was told to place another order and the second one was cancel too.. Now I need to wait for them to place my money in the account $1,5000 dollars. Now they told I was ok to place the order. But after all the hassle I rather go to Best Buy at least there they hired people with a high diploma.

Buyers beware!

During Black Friday, I ordered online a Samsung refrigerator that they promised would be delivered by December because the sake was tagged as “ end of the year clearance” as of today I have not received the refrigerator .

Every time I called Brandsmart to inquire about the status of my refrigerator delivery I was given the run around and told flat out lies.

First, they told me my refrigerator is will be delivered in a week. Then they told me the refrigerator is out for delivery, but It never came .
I called them the next day , they said the truck from the delivery company broke down (12-11-2023)
I couldn’t go out to work or make no many that day waiting on brandsmart at home for schedule delivery .

And then they tried to convince me to choose a different refrigerator at a lower standard .

Why would I do that when I clearly chose the refrigerator I wanted already paid for it! And I already missed out on other company Black Friday sales because I choose brandsmart.

This leads me to believe that Brandsmart is selling products that they do not have in stock .

Or that they had my refrigerator but decided to sell it to someone else.

Either way, this entire process has been very disappointing and frustrating. Because I have paid interest on my credit cards since November 6 that brandsmart took my money for an item they don’t have .

And to add insult to injury, their customer service reps are very rude and impatient with customers like me that have spent good money and has waiting for 2 months for the item I purchased to be delivered.

My fund was abruptly refunded without my knowledge eventually and I had to go to Best Buy to find the same refrigerator at double the price!!!

Save yourself the time and the headache buy, go directly to Best Buy to get your electronic needs because Brandsmart will leave you hanging for two months and then give you attitude when you try to follow up on the item you purchased months ago that you never received.

I will post this all over internet because I felt used by brandsmart and the rude web team.

I order a product,it was defective tried to connect for customer service with is useless,due to IF YOU GET THOUGH,THEY PUT ON HOLD THEN AFTER WAITING A PERIOD OF TIME THEY DISCONNECTED YOU....WILL DEFINITELY BLACK BALL WITH EVERY PERSON I COME ACROSS

Compre una Staked Washer-Dryer en la tienda de Palmeto en Miami. La experiencia fue desastrosa. Les indique que enviaran la maquina a mi direccion en Brickell con un vehiculo menor a 13 pies de altura porque no cabe en el parking del edificio.
Pues bien, enviaron TRES (3) VECES la maquina y los choferes NO ENTREGARON aduciendo, con razon, que el vehiculo no entraba.
Si se les informó todas las veces que enviaran un vehiculo mas pequeno, COMO ES POSIBLE QUE HAYAN ENVIADO EL MISMO TIPO DE VEHICULO, sin tomar en cuenta la información suministrada.
Un verdadero desastre y falta de respeto al cliente
