Compre una Staked Washer-Dryer en la tienda de Palmeto en Miami. La experiencia fue desastrosa. Les indique que enviaran la maquina a mi direccion en Brickell con un vehiculo menor a 13 pies de altura porque no cabe en el parking del edificio.
Pues bien, enviaron TRES (3) VECES la maquina y los choferes NO ENTREGARON aduciendo, con razon, que el vehiculo no entraba.
Si se les informó todas las veces que enviaran un vehiculo mas pequeno, COMO ES POSIBLE QUE HAYAN ENVIADO EL MISMO TIPO DE VEHICULO, sin tomar en cuenta la información suministrada.
Un verdadero desastre y falta de respeto al cliente

Just wanted to say what a great service I received from Chris and Gilbert. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to deliver the new fridge the night before. But Chris really flipped my experience a full 180 degree. He called me early in the morning apologized to me and went out of his way to make my delivery happen the following morning. Within an hour I had the driver pulled up my drive way and got to work building the refrigerator. In 30 mins I was signing the delivery confirmation and everything was perfect. Thanks again guys!

La experiencia pésima, compré los equipos de la cocina y el microondas se rompió antes del año y tuve que esperar un mes para que lo arreglaran porque no remplazan el equipo, ayer se rompió la cocina y el servicio post venta con el seguro que pague será para dentro de 15 días lo que significa que no tendré cocina para cocinar a mi familia hasta dentro de quince días.
Los que te atienden solo saben decir que no hay fecha antes y que llame para saber si alguien cancela.
En Brandsmart la calidad de los equipos es malísima y la atención post venta con el seguro que es de Brandsmart es muy tardío, un mes o mas.
No quiero que otros se sientan tan frustrados y estafados cómo yo.
Nadie te advierte en la tienda, es muy tarde cuando te das cuenta que todo es mentira que estás comprando problemas no soluciones.

Products are chips. Service is terrible after you paid. No warranty and bad atention. This is my experiance.

To buy the washer and dryer was fine but the delivery took more than 2 months and they were so inexperienced that they did not know that they need to provided an insurance to my building. The delivery has to be cancelled and rescheduled I have to call all day the day before the delivery and still the insurance was not provided. The worst experience dealing with nasty people in customer service. Bransmart? Never again. This is a lesson for me. Please go somewhere else with your money.

Purchased a $250 SHARK Vacuum that the sales representative highly recommended and after 2 months I started to smell the motor burning and it shut off. I purchased the Replacement Warranty at an additional cost. Called customer service and Irene assured me there would not be a problem. Yeah right!!!! Boxed the vacuum up and headed to the Stockbridge Ga store to replace the vacuum. I got the WORST treatment from JEAN in Customer Service Returns. Jean yelling loudly and ordering me around. Jean tried to take the vacuum apart accusing me of running the vacuum with no belt! After stripping the screws...the belt was on there. In the end I did not get a replacement and the warranty only cost me money. I was then told by the evening manager that I should not have purchased this type of vacuum for dog hair! I vacuum a 5x8 area rug daily and yes I have a dog. Time to call corporate!

They have the worst customer service. I have been waiting on a refrigerator for 6.5 weeks and they are now telling me I have to wait another 2.5 to maybe get it. They could care less about their repeat customers. I was hung up on by the Customer Relations Manager, Linda, who couldn't clearly give me a reason why there was a delay. I was hung up on again after calling back to get a refund. Their prices are not discounted enough to justify this poor service. If I had paid the extra $100 or so, I would have my refrigerator and not have to tolerate their incompetence. I don't think anyone is truly minding the fort. Rogue employees handling customer service calls without any training. Buyer be very aware of Brandsmart!
Update-order from Best Buy. They'll match the prices and deliver within a few days.

I've purchased countless appliances over the years from Brandsmart. But for some reason delivery is difficult for them. Last time I ordered a dishwasher from them and they are supposed to do free haul away. The delivery person did not want to take the old dishwasher and said there was not room on the truck. Although he had just took my new dishwasher off the truck, I had to slip him some $ to get him to take the old dishwasher. Most recently I've purchased a washer & dryer and not only did they come 3 days after the the original delivery date they refused delivery because there was not a "clear path" to the door. I'm having my driveway re-done so there is not pavement. They did not even consider having me sign a release of liability form. I guess Brandsmart does not deliver to houses that have gravel, dirt driveways or no driveway.

Bought a new Samsung washer , had it delivered and installed. It started leaking in 3 weeks. I called to have someone come out and Brandsmart informed me that I would need to pay. After insisting that I should not have to pay for someone to come out to check a 3 week old machine, they agreed to switch it out. I was told it would be switched out on a specific date (9th). Two days before this date, I was informed that the day would be one day earlier (8th). I called Brandsmart and the delivery company to inform that this was inconvenient as no one would be home and I had made arrangements based on the original date given. Neither Daryl food logistics ( delivery company) or Brandsmart were helpful. I have called Brandsmart several times and can never reach a manager. And all the rep at the delivery company did was tell me when the next available date would be which was almost a week out. Customer service is questionable at both companies .
It was not delivered on the 8th or the 9th. I was told the truck didn’t have space. Still waiting for the delivery scheduled is now scheduled for the 10th. We will see what the 10th holds

The worst delivery service ever, the $79.00 cost of delivery, almost a week, and still waiting. They promise delivery on Monday, three days after purchase and today is Sunday, over a week after purchase and I am still waiting. I wait all day, with a confirmed delivery in the morning, another text for 2, 3:30, 5:30 and still waiting. The Customer service is non-existent, they hang up multiple times. I'm so disappointed, and worst of all, nobody cares. Once you pay your purchase, you are on your own, they don't even care about your time, not even an apology . Wow, so sad. I will think twice about using them again.

We've purchased several appliances from BrandsMart over the years (dishwashers, refrigerators, washers/dryers, etc.), so when our current dishwasher began giving us problems recently, we headed to BrandsMart for a replacement.

We selected a new Bosch dishwasher that ended up costing just over a thousand bucks and were told to expect delivery and installation in 7 days (on a Saturday). We were hoping for a quicker install appointment... but what are you gong to do - they're available when they're available.

We were told to expect a call from the service department the day prior to delivery, at which time they would give us a delivery window. It was nearly 7 o'clock the day prior and we still hadn't received the call, so we reached out to BrandsMart and were told that we should expect a call before they closed at 9. Just before 9, we received a call to tell us that the delivery would occur between 4 pm and 7 pm.

At noon on the day of the delivery, my wife and I took our son and his fiancé out for lunch since they were in the area. About 5 minutes after the food arrived at our table we received a call telling us that delivery truck was on its way and was about 10 minutes out. So our 4 - 7 o'clock delivery turned into a 1 o'clock delivery with 10 minutes notice. I let the delivery person know that we had just started lunch since we were expecting a 4 pm arrival. I let them know that I would leave and meet them at my house (minutes away).

I left my food and family at the restaurant and rushed home to let the installation tech into my house. The truck was leaving my home when I arrived minutes later, but I quickly blocked the drive so they couldn't drive off. They grudgingly came back into my home and began removing the old dishwasher after I shut off the circuit breaker. After a minute, the tech looked up and said that he couldn't install the dishwasher because the store/sales person hadn't included an electrical component required for the hook up. He indicated that they didn't have the component available in the warehouse and that I would be contacted next week to reschedule an installation date.

So I guess we get to play around and try to figure out which components are missing and when they might be able to schedule another delivery window that they might ignore.

So I missed out on a lunch with my family that I had to pay for, still don't have a dishwasher after paying over a thousand dollars, and now have the pleasure of arranging another installation appointment. Hopefully they'll figure out what they need to install the dishwasher and actually put it on the truck when they come out for delivery.

I know these types of things can happen with any appliance organization, but next time I think I'll go with Home Depot or Lowes.

So we received a call from BrandsMart customer service this morning (the day following the install that didn't occur) and were told that they don't know if the part we need is in stock, but they're putting us back on the installation schedule for a week from next Tuesday... not very comforting. So after waiting more than a week for the installation and still lacking the $1,000 dishwasher we purchased, we now get to wait more than a week to MAYBE get our dishwasher installed (if they find the part they need).

And to make this experience even more frustrating, I asked the installation tech to put the dishwasher back in it's slot before leaving (cuz he was truly walking out the door with the dishwasher halfway out). After he left I found several dishwasher screws on my hard wood floors.

Apparently good help really is hard to find!

----------- UPDATE #2 ---------------

So after spending several hours on hold today, then retelling our story multiple times to BrandsMart employees in the hope of getting our $1000 dishwasher installed, we were finally told by one of the sales people that the part needed for our dishwasher installation had been out of stock for quite some time in the BrandsMart warehouse and they had no idea when it would be back in stock (which begs the question of why they would sell such an appliance, and set up multiple installation dates knowing that they lacked the necessary parts to perform the installation). However the salesperson was kind enough to let us know specifically what part we needed (a Bosch junction box and power cord).

As soon as I got off the phone, I checked for the part availability, found multiple Lowes and Home Depots carrying the part. I ran out and bought the needed component.

I will reach out to BrandsMart and try to expedite the installation. If they won't install this week, I plan on cancelling my order and will never set foot in their store again. I've never had similar issues with HD and Lowes.

Way to treat a customer who has spent many thousands of dollars in their store.

Mi lavadora no tenia reparacion y en lugar de darme otra similar como lo que ofrecen en el contrato, decidieron darme un credito de 300$ cuando una lavadora actualmente vale 800 $ mas o menos. Supuestamente el contrato ( que nunca lo envian y por tanto nunca es firmado por el cliente ) dice en resumen que ellos tiene la opcion de compensar como lo consideren en el momento. Vaya compensación !!! ni la reparan y reconocen menos de la mitad del valor de la lavadora. Si esto no es un estafa que me digan que es . No se dejen engañar. Estas garantias son buenas mientras no hagas reclamo. Total engaño y perdida de dinero.

Worst customer service on the planet. They stole $631. They took the wrong dryer (they brought the first time). I had to reorder & pay for the correct dryer. They said the would credit the 1st one. They took it & never processed the credit. That's called theft by taking.

I haven't used them in a while and I finally did and they are still THE WORST. I have a tenant who's been waiting for me to get them a new refrigerator for a week and half. And delivery is set for tomorrow and I did my on-line and text confirmation and thought i was set. BUT no, around 6pm i get a phone call that the refrigerator I ordered is now not available but they could sell me another one for $29 more and still deliver it tomorrow. So I said fine and they added it to my credit card. Now at 9:30pm I go on-online to check that order status and its shows CANCELLED and no replacement refrigerator ordered.

Removal and installation of a stacked washer and dryer in my home on the 2nd floor taking the old one out they basically threw it down the stairs leaving holes and scrapes in the wall and banister. The carpet on the stairs is trashed i now need new carpet. The two men making the delivery didn't have a clue. Thanks brandsmart 1200 hundred dollar machine now it's going to cost me 5grand with the repairs.

I brought a top and bottom washer and dryer that was outside in the front took it back because it was not working they didn't trade it or give me a refund I left it there so I'm out of $ 860.00 and when I purchased it they said it had a two year warranty the manager who refused to help name was Brandon in stock bridge location sad I haven't brought one since Everytime I think about how they took my money it makes me feel sad 😭 I will never shop there again and I still have my receipt with no washer and dryer

Receit no 0010405424 I bought a stove on 1/12 that was delivered on 1/20 by Ryder. The two men refused to make the installation despite the fact that I could show them my reciept specifying that installation and haul away was included in my order. I protested and wrote my protest on the slip they wanted me to sign. They were unfriendly and rude too.
