Easy to setup and to lodge claim. BowWow dealt with the vet to get the further details they needed. Claim was paid promptly and covered a significant portion of the bill. I would recommend BowWow to anyone with a pet.

Great experience with Bow Wow Meow Pet insurance
My Greyhound Thomas was attacked by another dog recently and had a bad neck wound. We went to an after hours emergency vet for his injuries not long after we had taken out a policy for Thomas. I received the money back a few days later with no questions asked. It was a very simple and easy experience.

The claims process was easy
The claims process was easy, fast and efficient. Our dog was very unwell and had a half day hospital stay with tests and ultrasounds and medication. We put in our claim Friday and by Monday was all approved and paid. Having a sick dog is stressful enough so we were very happy that this process was so quick with no stress
