Knose had provided regular contact with me throughout and has provided good cover for my adult rescue cat. I researched many insurers before I chose Knose and would choose them again for any future pet insurance.

Affordable premiums. My claim was processed quickly and was handled professionally. It was also nice that they send their best wishes for my pet whilst he was in recovery.

We have been with Knose for many years and will never move. They are so great to deal with and so supportive when we had our very sick dog Beau in emergency care. I trust these guys with our pooches lives.
I always recommend them to anyone who has pets and steer them away from any others only because of them all having the same underwriters and not having a point of offence like Knose! Knose knows our fur babies. Thanks Team.

Worst company ive ever had to deal with, ive had 14 claims and 14 times ive had to spend at least 40 minutes chasing my refund. They come up with all the excuses under the sun its a joke. Then they guarantee you it won't happen again but it does EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do yourself a favour and do not insure your pet with this lot you will spend half your life chasing your money.

Our situation was considerably complex and it was a huge relief when Knose honoured our insurance claim when only being with them in such a short period of time.

We definitely would recommend all the fur parents to join Knose. They are very professional, responsive and supportive for my dog, Tilly. One example is when Tilly have torn her cruciate ligament and we managed to quickly get the pre approval done by them for the surgery. Their communication is definitely a plus either through phone and email. Thank you.

Even though I had to make a phone call 1 week after my claim was logged because apparently the computer hadn’t recognised my paperwork……My claim was then fast tracked and was finalised within 24hrs.

The claims process is always very easy with Knose, the claims experience would be better if they could be integrated with the system where you pay the Gap at the veterinarian. However, I guess they want to scrutinise each claim to insure it's correct and payable.
