Bow Wow Meow Pet Insurance Arvostelua 

We have been with bow wow meow for about 6 years for both our dogs, during this time both dogs have had a couple of bad runs with their health but we have been very happy with the service and the speed that the claim went through.

I was disappointed that the claim was broken down into parts as it was to do with the one injury to her eye. The documentation from the vet stated that she needed the condition to be followed up and I had to return to the vet until they diagnosed that they would have to do surgery to remove the ulcer to her eye.

Quick. Efficient and overall satisfied. Got a bit of a shock when I was first sent not claimable but I guess that was a mistake as the bill was sent again with much paid. Thanks

I have been with Bow Wow Meow since my 5yo dog was a pup. It is unfortunate for our loyal companion that she has had several health concerns. Each time we have made a claim Bow Wow Meow have paid our claim very quickly and this is very appreciated.

Easy to lodge and fast response and payment

We learned the hard way why pet insurance is so very important and have been with Bow Wow Meow now for many years. When a major and unexpected illness or accident happens to your pet, the last thing you need to worry about is a difficult insurer and paperwork. Bow Wow Meow has been responsive and very easy to deal with when our cherished Vizsla was diagnosed with a tumor in his heart. We wouldn’t trust anyone else.

We recently made a claim for our Chihuahua who was very unwell and needed multiple hospital admissions. Bow Wow Meow was excellent and approved our claim quickly and with little fuss. They have most certainly provided great peace of mind for us and our fur baby!

A very quick and efficient claims process.

The claiming process was easy and problem-free. My vet was able to lodge the claim on my behalf so I didn't have to fill out any paperwork. Bow Wow then paid my claim to my bank account within a few days. Great experience!

My dog needed expensive dental treatment but Bow Wow Meow Pet insurance paid the required about of rebate quickly and professionally. They are always open, transparent and reliable. Glad I have my two dogs insured with this company.

I have been more than happy with the insurance for my 2 dogs. Claiming has had no difficulties. The online process is clear and once lodged I am amazed at the speed of the payment. I highly recommend if considering pet insurance.

So easy to claim online - and payments made very quick, has usually taken maximum 2 days if they’re not needing to get extra info from our vet. Highly recommend as pet insurance option if you’re looking.

The process of the claim was simple enough but to receive a cheque for the payment in 2021 is pretty out of date.
Why is this not automatically credited to a nominated account?

We have been unfortunate that we have had to make several claims in the past year, however the experience has been made much easier and faster turn around. Both for claims made via vet and claims that we have had to make online.

Our Maremma just did his *second* cruciate ligament which required some very expensive surgery.

Bow wow were excellent, once more, and paid up for everything that was covered!

From the initial submission to payment couldn't have taken more than a week, maybe less. They have never let us down so far and we have had some terrible luck with our pets (Snake bite and completely unexpected cruciate ligament issues)

The claim process is super straight forward with Bow Wow. I’ve heard some pretty horrendous stories about pet insurance companies. After doing some research I went with Bow Wow due to a ton of positives reviews. I’m glad I did, my Bulldog girl has had a couple of issues and Bow Wow made the claim process really easy and they reimbursed me within a few days of claiming.

Claim process is very user friendly and was processed extremely quickly. Detailed statement was sent outlining all expenses and payments made.

Put a claim through for minor surgery with our labradoodle. She had her teeth cleaned and a cyst removed. They don’t cover teeth cleaning, however $500 of the $900 bill was covered and paid status away. I only had to submit the receipt! So good
