Dopo aver letto che ad un cliente è stato proibito di fare acquisti perché "russo", mi sono detta che siamo caduti molto in basso!

I have heard very bad comments about this shop

Mi raccomando se non vendete ai russi allora nemmeno agli americani, che sono dei macellai (Iraq, Afghanistan,Libia,Siria, Vietnam)

The worst shop ever. Behavior of consultants isn't polite, crazy rude. Goods are done from bad materials, prices are too high for such low quality, and also people there treat you like you didnt deserve even to touch things at this awful shop)))

I had an outstanding experience from Marco at the Bond Street Bottega. I’m unsure why there are such bad reviews on here as I couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend the shop. I paid a lot of money for a bag in 2020. It broke and despite the time frame they offered me a credit note but when I wanted the same bag, they sourced it for me globally. Marco was communicative, friendly and went above and beyond. I am a delighted customer.

Købte nogle fluffy gummy bear flip flops til knap 12 lapper. Absolut skræmmende pris og alt andet end en bemærkelsesværdig kvalitet.

Received a men's long wallet as a gift and after a month the stitching began to fray. Contacted BG customer support and got the complete run around despite sending photos and detailing the issue. Delay after delay in requesting the same information that had already been provided.

These wallets are circa $1300 AUD and are NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! The pockets for your credit cards / general cards are tight. The customer support is abysmal and they avoid their duty of care to customers. My experience is that BG is a grossly overpriced product so save your money and buy a MUCH BETTER product for $250. SAVE A $1000 !!!

Dårligste kunde oplevelse ever, køber taske til plus kr. 20.000.- i sommers 2021, allerede efter at have brugt tasken i få måneder er den slidt ved lukningen- forretningen tager den 14/1-2021 imod tasken, som desværre skal sendes til Italien … vi er i 2022, og vare modtages med en hurtighed .. bare ikke lige når noget skal repareres.. så tager det nemlig MEGET LANG TID og udover det så dækker de heller ikke fejlen, næææ den betaler du selv - godt nok efter mail skriveri får jeg allernådigst lov til KUN at betale kr.750.-

JEG er SKUFFET og ærgelig over min oplevelse og i det hele taget forundret over at skulle være uden taske i over 4 måneder … gad vide hvem de bruger til at sende deres tasker afsted med … 🤔🤔 og hvordan kan en kundeservice medarbejder slippe afsted med at kunden skal betale … for en vare der ikke lever op til forventningerne … hvorfor betalte jeg .., jo for ellers havde jeg ikke kunne hente tasken i dag den 23/5 -2022 !!

Purchased a bag while on a trip. When I got back, I tried to unzip the bag and the zipper’s pull tab came off!!! Customer service was not helpful at all, and told me to go in person or ship it to a store (find one on their locator) and that returns were not possible (so exchange or credit). Rubbish, will never buy another Bottega Veneta bag again. (My older bags were better quality so really disappointed and now turned off by this brand.) Save your money for something else!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered an item and returned it using the label provided and unfortunately FedEx lost the package. It's noted on the tracking. Bottega said they would investigate and recover the return and issue my refund within 2 weeks.. it has now been over 2 months and they have not reached out with an update or been any help. Their own customer service terms say that will issue a refund on lost packages. What a joke of a customer service. I have had much better experiences with other designer stores and even Walmart. By the looks of the reviews I am not the only one..

Order F1BVUSO101254296 marked as delivered but I did not receive. Contacted bottega and was given false information from several representatives who then had me wait over 2 weeks for an “investigation” to be done only for them to say fed ex says the package was delivered and to contact my police department to file a report which I did twice and was advised by my local precinct that they do not file reports for missing packages. I have no shoes and no refund and bottega is not willing to assist! Do not order from them their customer service sucks!

I was so excited to purchase a cashmere sweater that was made in Italy from Bottega Veneta. It was so expensive that I did not wear it often then discovered multiple holes all over the product. My other cashmere and wool sweaters did not have any issues.

I followed up with the store that I purchased it from, but they could not help. So I called Bottega's customer service department, the person was very nice, she sent me an email, I replied with pictures of the sweater and the issues. 21 days later still no reply, so I followed up. The new agent seems to think the issue can be fixed as surely Bottega does not have any quality issues. She found my case on her system and advised she will send it to her manager to review.

I do not feel important talking to Bottega, they seem arrogant and uninterested in quality issues. I wish Bottega took their business seriously and made an effort to help a customer who paid a premium price for their product.

I will avoid Bottega till this issue is resolved.

Bottega Veneta has the worst costumer service ever!!!!! I made a purchase over a month ago, and still they didn’t ship it , didn’t reply to a single email!!! Horrible service

Kan man sælge lor.t så er bottega veneta beviset på at det kan lade sig at gøre.

Jeg købte i går en taske i deres butik i lufthavnen - aldrig har jeg oplevet en bedre service! Sødeste medarbejdere, som virkelig er hjælpsomme og står klar til at smide hvad de har i hænderne for at løbe ned efter flere af den samme taske, så man er sikker på at få en man er 100% tilfreds med. Varm anbefaling ❤️
