Efficient hearing test.

Very friendly staff and managed to get appointments extremely quickly. During the test everything was explained thoroughly so that I understood the issues with my hearing.

Excellent service

Chris was excellent he was very professional and gave good advice
He made me feel comfortable in a subject I am not so keen on ie the need for hearing aids

How do you loss for about four years now Seen specialists in hospital seen other specialists but Boots explained so much more than all of them put together would highly recommend.

Excellent exam and service

Thorough exam, helpful information, and excellent fitting. Previously, I'd gone to the NHS - which is good - but this was a much better experience for me. There was more time spent explaining options and demonstrating how the hearing aids functioned.
