Millie McNeill delivered excellent service to my wife. She clearly explained the options in a friendly manner and even laughed at my attempts at humour.

Excellent back-up
I was very impressed by the careful explanations of how to fit and use the hearing aid. I was taken step-by-step through the process of fitting and using the unit, and my questions [and concerns] were all answered clearly. I had felt anxious prior to visit, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience.
