I had a very informative lady called…

I had a very informative lady called Sophie who help me with the hearing test as well as purchasing the right hearing aids for me.
She explained in depth all the hearing aids available.
Sophie was so calm and welcoming and is a pleasure to have met. Fantastic!

Service is terrible

They book appointments then cancel on the last minute. They have done this 4/5 times.

Excellent back-up

I was very impressed by the careful explanations of how to fit and use the hearing aid. I was taken step-by-step through the process of fitting and using the unit, and my questions [and concerns] were all answered clearly. I had felt anxious prior to visit, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience.
