Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're pleased to hear your Gardenia bonsai arrived quickly, although we're sorry to learn you were disappointed that it wasn't in flower. Gardenias naturally bloom in cycles, and while we always try our very best to photograph and dispatch them looking as they do on the product page, the flowering period can vary depending on the time of year and how recently a tree has finished blooming.
The good news is that with the right care, your Gardenia should produce another beautiful display of fragrant white flowers soon. If you ever have any questions about encouraging it to bloom again, our team would be more than happy to help.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your bonsai for many years to come.
Best wishes,

Amazing quality product and customer service
The quality of the Bonsai purchased was excellent and was more impressive than the photographs on the website. Due to the size of the bonsai and its pot the company could not offer a matching glazed ceramic drip tray, so I purchased a plastic drip tray. This did not do the Bonsai justice, I had paid £1,100, for the tree. I asked the company if a custom made drip tray could be made. The company searched its nursery and found a ceramic drip tray which was not the exact same colour or quality and offered this free of charge only asking for the delivery cost. I found the customer service and quality product excellent. If I could I would award the company 10 stars

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, David.
We're thrilled to hear that you were so pleased with both the quality of your bonsai and the service you received. It's especially rewarding to know that the tree exceeded your expectations, even after seeing the photographs on our website.
We also appreciate your understanding regarding the drip tray. While it isn't always possible to source an exact match for larger or the highest quality pots, we're delighted that our team was able to find a ceramic alternative that better complemented such a special bonsai. We always do our best to help wherever we can, and we're pleased we could find a solution for you.
Your incredibly kind words and generous recommendation mean a great deal to our family-run business. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope your magnificent bonsai brings you many years of enjoyment.

Have always loved trees
Have always loved trees (the big outdoor ones). They are alive and wonderful. I began to notice photos of the little trees (bonsai) and I was overcome by how much beauty could be held by something so small. I am now an addict - I must be because I spend so much time fussing over them.
