Yesterday my beautiful bonsai arrived,
A Thousand Stars that truly brightened my day.
So carefully packed, with love and with care,
A little piece of nature, delivered so fair. 🌱
The moment I opened the box, I could see,
Just how beautiful this little tree would be.
Healthy and graceful, delicate and bright,
A tiny living treasure — an absolute delight. 🌸
Not a single detail had been overlooked,
So thoughtfully prepared and securely booked.
Wrapped with such care for its journey to me,
It arrived looking perfect — as a bonsai should be. 💚
Bonsai Direct, you’ve truly impressed me,
With quality, care and delivery beautifully.
My Thousand Stars has already stolen my heart,
And I’m so excited to watch it grow from the start. 🌿⭐
Thank you for sending such a beautiful tree,
A little moment of joy delivered to me.
I couldn’t be happier — five stars from my heart,
A wonderful bonsai and a wonderful start!

Good delivery & packing but tree looked sad..,
The delivery was quick and the tree was very well packed. All items were there as ordered. However the tree looked a little bit sad, at least 4 of the leaves were bitten and full of holes, which doesn’t look great when you give it as a gift.

Thank you for your review, Lauren. We’re pleased to hear that your order arrived quickly and was well packaged, although we’re sorry that you were disappointed with some of the leaves on your bonsai.
As living trees, the occasional imperfect or insect damaged leaf can occur, particularly on outdoor bonsai. However, we would have been more than happy to take a look and help if you had contacted us after receiving it. We never want anyone to be disappointed with a bonsai.
Please do feel free to get in touch with us and send over a photo with your order number as I cannot find an order under your name. We’d still be very happy to take a look for you🌳

Hi James, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your Cherry Blossom tree.
We’ve tried to locate an order under your name, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to find one on our system, so we’re unable to look into the tree you received.
We would be very happy to help, so please do get in touch with us directly with your order details and a photo of the tree. We can then identify your order and investigate this properly for you.
Best wishes,

Very Nice Tree
Delivery was on time, ordered tree was as shown and very nice (my favourite to date), downside the tree had aphids on it which I had to treat straight away this would not detract me from buying from Bonsai Direct again

Thank you for your review, Gary. We’re delighted to hear that your tree arrived on time and, especially, that it’s your favourite to date!
We’re very sorry to hear about the aphids. We carefully check our bonsai before dispatch, but as we grow our trees naturally, the occasional little visitor can unfortunately slip through. Did you contact us regarding the aphid? Thank you for treating them promptly, and we really appreciate your understanding.
It’s lovely to hear that this hasn’t put you off buying from us again. We look forward to helping you choose your next bonsai!
