Ordering was great, shipping was quick and probably nothing to do with blue star coffee but still have not received anything sadly

Great service, as always. Correct parts, good instructions, prompt shipping, reasonable shipping costs to Canada. Thanks to Blue Star, our 2012 Ascaso Dream still works great.

Very good parts availability, ordering experience, disappointing delivery service to EU
Blue Star had exactly the equipment I needed in stock and the prices are very fair. Once I received my order, I was able to make the repairs I planned without any problems. My only complaint is about delivery, which I paid (a lot) extra for, but the actual delivery time was unimpressive. I felt that Blue Star do not make the actual delivery expectations for the delivery address clear (I was having the order delivered to Poland, but the order screen continued to show the 1-2 day delivery duration as if I was ordering to Ireland).

Super happy with Blue Star Coffee. I placed an order that was not fulfilled correctly. In the packaging there was a card with a QR code to scan if there were any issues. I scanned it, typed what the issue was and it was immediately corrected. I could not be happier with their service. They have a repeat customer for sure

Excellent service. Gerald has been fantastic at helping me purchase several parts for a Fiorenzato grinder as well as other items.
Prices are by far the cheapest I have seen. Delivery was very prompt and packaged up safely. I would highly recommend this firm for any coffee related purchases.

Finding a double shot basket for my 47mm portafilter.
Finding the particular part for
my vintage espresso machine could not have been easier. I received it here in the U.S. as quickly as something from any of the coffee specialty retailers here. (None of whom had it, or at least provided adequate details to determine if they did).
