Bluecare Arvostelua 

Wäre würde als geliefert bei eBay gekennzeichnet aber es kam nicht an. Verkäufer sollten überdenken mit welchem Unternehmen sie liefern lassen. Nie wieder bestelle ich wenn Bluecare ausliefert.

Ebay Sendung wurde als ausgeliefert gekennzeichnet, kam aber erst einen Tag später.

I was kept up-to date of delivery and when I made an enquiry with the company they replied quickly. Parcel delivered safely.

Delivery driver marked this as handed to resident despite there being no-one there at the time. It was left on the doorstep on a busy street and luckily one of my neighbours took it in.

An absolutely dreadful company

Really poor experience. My item was marked as delivered ('left with a resident') 2 days before they even generated a tracking number. I was home when they supposedly 'delivered it' to a 'resident' and there was no attempt to deliver it to me. Customer service is unhelpful passive aggressive - 'I am sorry you are having trouble finding your delivered item'... 'have you checked everywhere?'. Yes, Karen... By all means leave my coffee machine on the street in the middle of a storm, don't notify me it has been delivered or where and then treat me as though I have an IQ of 5.

Avoid this company.

Is a second time they lost my parcel .
Unacceptable service.

I wish I knew about this company before ! 2 days ago my Amazon packages were apparently left at my front door which they weren't and now an eBay parcel is saying the same for yesterday and states this company was the courier . I assume Amazon used the same one .

Meine Ware von eBay soll zugestellt worden sein Briefkasten leer, bei Nachbarn auch nichts abgegeben. Ägerlich. Die Frage wie bekomme ich mein Geld oder die Ware

Great customer service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazon have to be the worst couiers I have dealt with. They sling goods on the doorstep late evening where they are often left out all night. The courier's are so ignorant they dont even respond when you call them. They even report handed to recipient in person on their tracking when they have actually just slung the goods on the doorstep !

Order an item from ebay, this company sent me an email claiming (like many others on here) to have handed the parcel to the resident (who was out at the time of the delivery)
ebay refused to honour their money back guarantee as courier claimed to have delivered it - so out of pocket.
Ordered from a 2nd seller on ebay, who unfortunately used this company as well. Driver left package outside door, rang the bell and was gone by the time I got to the door, this was at 3pm.
Got an email from ebay saying that driver had handed the package to the customer at 7:15pm - some4 and a bit hours later - so he is obviously fiddling his timings as well, I just hope that he is screwing the company out of money, so that they know how I feel.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR GOODS TO THE CUSTOMER

I have recently been trying to get my money back from eBay for a parcel that has been lost by bluecare. They state that the parcel was handed to me personally. This did not happen. I have sent numerous emails to just gain proof so I can proceed with my refund from eBay. They have no proof and have not provided me with any. My emails are now being ignored. I am 100% never going to buy off eBay or anywhere else knowing that they will be delivering my goods. It’s disgusting and would hate to see anyone else loose out on money. DO NOT EXPECT A SAFE PARCEL DELIVERY FROM THEM. I will continue to contact blauecare express until I get proof or they take responsibility for the loss of my delivery.

Per quanto mi riguarda, tutto bene. Articolo ordinato su eBay martedì e arrivato oggi (sabato). Tengo a precisare che la BlueCare non è una società di spedizioni e, in più, è anche una piattaforma seria. Semplicemente viene utilizzata da chi opera il dropshipping: alcuni venditori acquistano da Amazon e rivendono su eBay. Dato che eBay non accetta il tracking di Amazon, la BlueCare fornisce un codice di tracking alternativo, che copre quello Amazon, in modo tale che eBay lo riconosca come valido. I casi di truffa non dipendono assolutamente dal corriere che consegna o dalla BlueCare, ma dai venditori stessi: purtroppo, la piattaforma Bluecare consente, in qualche modo, di manipolare i codici di tracking, per cui vi fanno risultare che il pacco è arrivato quando in realtà non è mai stato spedito, oppure utilizzano codici di tracking già utilizzati in passato. Sapendo che eBay dá ragione al venditore se il pacco risulta consegnato, i venditori truffaldini fanno leva su questo per rubare soldi. I corrieri c'entrano meno spesso di ciò che pensate!
P.S. una stella in meno perché la piattaforma deve essere migliorata per evitare questo tipo di truffe.

Would give minus one star if it was available to do so. The company using this service on eBay are also shockingly useless and seemingly also scam. Start-spark-9 from Manchester. They post and send through this company. If you look at their reviews they also scam people so between them and Blue Care they have managed to steal
A lot of parcels and peoples money. EBay say they make the tracking numbers up. I have contacted Bluecare filled out forms and answered questions to no avail. Avoid these people. Never handed to me a large parcel. Checked my records security too. Scammers

The worst delivery service ever! They didn't deliver anything at all but in their tracking system, they say it is delivered while when I contacted them, they didn't know what is the delivery address at all!

Left parcel on my doorstep, unsafe place! Why did you not try a neighbour or put it over the fence. Anyone could of stolen it... luckily it was raining which is why I believe no one stole it.

Vor 15 Minuten soll der Artikel (Kauf bei Ebay) zugestellt worden sein. Der Briefkasten ist leer. Ärgerlich, dass für mich nicht erkennbar war, mit welchem Lieferdienst der Artikel verschickt wird. Bei derartigen Bewertungen hätte ich dort nicht gekauft!

Attention Bluecar Express n'est pas un transporteur !
Il s'agit d'un service de "traduction". En fait les vendeurs Ebay se servent parfois de leur compte Amazon pour expédier des produits qu'ils vendent sur Ebay. Mais comme les numéros de tracking Amazon ne sont pas compatibles avec Ebay, ils passent par le service de Bluecar express pour convertir le numéro de tracking...
Moralité en cas de pertes, de non livraison ou d'avis de passage, il faut s'adresser directement au vendeur Ebay qui devrait fournir l'identité du transporteur via le numéro de tracking Amazon.

I bought an item off ebay & they use this blue care express company if you can call it that !! Basically it didn’t arrive blue care express said they posted it through my letterbox which wasnt the case !!! it doesn’t fit in a letterbox lol it was a triple pack deodorant, ! so I complained to eBay and eventually I had a refund ! As regards to BlueCare express, I sent them unlimited emails had nothing in reply. They are useless company and it’s like a scam really to be honest ! avoid using if this company if it’s delivering 😡😡🤬😡🤬

very bad service. cant even track where the item is as it just says at a carrier facility but not which 1 or who the carrier is.
My parcel is now 3 days late. coming from Manchester to Southampton and from the last tracking update its in France. so not even in the right country. Thats the only time it said what facitly its at. So right now its in France near the Belgium/ Luxemburg border. Well thats even if it left the ebay seller.
So far its been to 5 diff carrier facitlies. but apart from the 1 in France it hasnt said which 1 so it could be anywhere. Bluecare says ill have it between 1 to 5 days and its supposed to be next day delivery. can only use the ebay tracking as to track it from the bluecare site u need the tracking number and the carrier they r using but that info is not in the ebay tracking system just the tracking number. Ill give it a few more days then ill be in contact with paypal to get my money back a so doubt ebay will do anything if the seller says its been delivered. but right now it says its still in transit somewhere in France. as it left the French depot 24 hrs ago and hasnt updated the tracker since.

There web page has a list of all the carriers they might use and just about every carrier is listed. So they make it as hard as possible to track where the package is as they fail to tell u what carrier they r using as they wont tell u and expect u to know. when u try to track ur parcel via their website it askes u to put in the tracking number and the carier company name from the list it gives u but fail to tell u which 1 they r using via ebay tracker only bluecare express who pass it on to other carriers.
