very bad service. cant even track where the item is as it just says at a carrier facility but not which 1 or who the carrier is.
My parcel is now 3 days late. coming from Manchester to Southampton and from the last tracking update its in France. so not even in the right country. Thats the only time it said what facitly its at. So right now its in France near the Belgium/ Luxemburg border. Well thats even if it left the ebay seller.
So far its been to 5 diff carrier facitlies. but apart from the 1 in France it hasnt said which 1 so it could be anywhere. Bluecare says ill have it between 1 to 5 days and its supposed to be next day delivery. can only use the ebay tracking as to track it from the bluecare site u need the tracking number and the carrier they r using but that info is not in the ebay tracking system just the tracking number. Ill give it a few more days then ill be in contact with paypal to get my money back a so doubt ebay will do anything if the seller says its been delivered. but right now it says its still in transit somewhere in France. as it left the French depot 24 hrs ago and hasnt updated the tracker since.

There web page has a list of all the carriers they might use and just about every carrier is listed. So they make it as hard as possible to track where the package is as they fail to tell u what carrier they r using as they wont tell u and expect u to know. when u try to track ur parcel via their website it askes u to put in the tracking number and the carier company name from the list it gives u but fail to tell u which 1 they r using via ebay tracker only bluecare express who pass it on to other carriers.

In pratica, se tu compri da lui su eBay, lui compra il prodotto su Amazon ad un prezzo inferiore e poi lo fa spedire al tuo indirizzo. Ho avvisato il mio legale di fiducia per capire se ci sono gli estremi per una querela per truffa.

I never received the item even though the tracking says "Item handed to resident" - I was at home at the time! Bluecare (the courier) wouldn't take responsibility and the eBay seller didn't respond to my communications. I asked eBay to step in, but they found in favour of the seller because the tracking said the item had been delivered. In the future it might sometimes be worth messaging the eBay seller to ask them which courier they use before going ahead with the purchase. The blame would seemingly lay mostly with Bluecare, though as I didn't even get a response from the seller I could hardly leave them positive feedback could I. Strangely, after leaving the seller that (moderately) negative feedback, it has failed to show up in their eBay profile or in mine as negative feedback left for others ?? Go figure. Perhaps the feedback would have shown as given and recieved had I not got eBay involved in the case in the first place?

Unreliable, fraudulent company. Until I contacted eBay UK about my undelivered parcel, the tracking from Bluecare Express showed dispatched. Miraculously, as soon as I asked for a refund, the tracking suddenly showed delivered and eBay refused to refund. My item was definitely not delivered to me.

This is a fraudulent delivery company that some fake eBay sellers are now using. They will claim to deliver the item but nothing will be delivered. In my case, they claim they drop my parcel at next door shop and the shop owner didn't receive any parcel. EBay need to inform sellers about this courier company and any seller that use it, should be bound to refund the seller money once parcel go missing.

I feel it’s important to praise good service as well as bad and Bluecare Express certainly provided great service on this occasion.
Parcel showed as being left at front door but there was no sign of it. Contacted Bluecare who responded immediately with a pic of where it had been left. Turns out the parcel was addressed to a neighbours house some distance away and it was their door as shown in the picture.
Can’t fault the delivery driver, he delivered it to the address on the package, (which was addressed incorrectly by the sender).
All in all Bluecare Express we’re efficient and professional and I can highly recommend them based on this experience.

Good service, could not track passage but after contacting them, the parcel arrived.

Delivered an opened but empty padded envelope that wasn’t sealed, even took a photo to ‘prove’ my ‘package’ was delivered. Who does that? It weighed absolutely nothing!

My parcel was transferred to Amazon and the tracking erroneously showed as delivered. When I reached out for help, Bluecare customer service was responsive and helpful. Eventually the parcel did get delivered.

As others have already stated, this company is utterly incompetent.
Parcel was delivered to a different address, they provided me a photo of some random door, which is not mine. And they claim they have delivered! What a bunch of thieves.

According to the tracking information provided on Ebay, the parcel was handed to a resident. That is not true because nobody here in our property received it. And all of us were here at the time it is marked as delivered. This is a rural area and we can hear when a vehicle is coming. Nothing of that happened. Not even an attempt of a delivery.
There is no photo evidence that shows where or to whom the parcel was handed.
Unfortunately, we as buyers do not know that is this delivery company the one will be delivering our items because most of the time it is under the "Other 48h courier"
If you see Bluecare Express is the delivery option, simply avoid it!

They do a great job and fast safe delivery. They sent me a picture as to where the package was placed. Thank you Sue for the response!!

Hello the shipment arrived quickly, they had changed the tracking number, I contacted to the website they gave me that information and then I speak with my forward company

A E-bay seller used this service to send my order. It never arrived and the seller sent me a picture of the delivered parcel. The picture was not of my location and i had no clue of where that picture was. I filed a claim with E-bay and they found in favor of the seller because they had a picture of the delivered package. Beware of any seller using this delivery service. Blue Care Express may not even be a delivery service and may use a 3rd. party service such as Amazon to deliver their packages. Why E-bay allows this option to their sellers must be a positive financial situation for them. It must be cheap shipping rates for below the bar sellers. If you pay in peanuts expect a monkey to perform the service.

It said my package was delivered to a safe place. I was unable to find the package. I thought maybe they dropped it off at the wrong place. The seller on eBay was not helpful. I emailed customer support through the website of the shipper. They got back to me within 1 day. They sent me a picture of where the package was left.

Absolutely helpful to deliver

Wish I could give no stars . Delivered to wrong address -the occupier (who I sold my house to) wouldn't accept delivery. Seller says delivered. I believe the occupier of my old house. As the seller says they have no returns I am out of pocket. Bluecare haven't responded to my email. Very poor customer service.
Certain wouldn't use a suppler who uses them.

Bluecare didn't update the delivery information for an eBay parcel I'd ordered till after I asked the seller why it hadn't arrived. They then claimed my parcel had been handed to the resident several days earlier. No delivery person had come to my front door - either this was a scam as other reviewers have said or they left it in an unsafe space (despite me being in) and someone else has taken my parcel. Either way, I wouldn't use this delivery company. Their customer services team haven't responded to my question.
