eBay seller - The London Institute of Social Studies - used notorious Bluecare Express delivery whose tracking claims 'left package behind wheelie bin' despite recipients being within 3m of front door at the logged delivery time. No doorbell was rung and the package was never found, causing the deeper anxiety of possible doorstep theft.

Compounded by the eBay seller not responding to multiple emails and calls.

eBay refunded immediately with polite sensitivity, noting Bluecare Express are repeat offenders, which Trust Pilot amply backs up.

Do not use this company, total scammers avoid at all cost, stick to royal mail

Abhorrent company. They claim in a notification email to have delivered the item to "the resident", when in reality they do no such thing. No one was home in the property at the time they claimed to have delivered it. Ebay won't refund your money as a buyer because Bluecare lie about delivering your item. So, as a buyer, you're left with no item and no way to obtain a refund. I have never experienced such poor courier service in my life. I'll avoid any seller in future who uses this sham of a company.

Produkt bei ebay bestellt nie durch diesen Lieferanten angekommen. Warte Heute noch auf die Zustellung und noch als größte Frechheit als zugestellt eingestellt obwohl hier kein Lieferant war. Also Hände weg vom dieser Firma. Grottenschlecht sagt ich da nur.

I ordered and paid for the item about 9:30pm on 20th November - received an email about 8pm on 22nd claiming item had been delivered after 5pm. the listing stated that seller was out of office until 23 November. Thought this was strange - had been in all day and evening. Checked outside etc. no sign. Contacted eBay and Bluecare and neither have been helpful. Delivery shows as delivered - no actual evidence other than delivered. Checked the feedback score on eBay - many similar problems.

Das ist der schlechteste Lieferdienst, den ich je erlebt habe. Habe bei ebay Vitaminpillen gekauft. Das Päckchen wurde scheinbar am späten Nachmittag geliefert. Ich war zu Hause, geklingelt hat der Paketbote nicht, stattdessen das Päckchen zur Hälfte in den Briefkasten gesteckt. Sollte eigentlich logisch sein, dass eine runde Pillendose nicht in einen Briefschlitz passt. Das ist eine riesen Frechheit, sowas geht gar nicht. Nur durch Zufall hab ich das Päckchen am Abend noch bemerkt. Es hätte auch gestohlen werden können! Gibt es bei diesem Unternehmen nur Stümper??? Zukünftig werde ich bei keinem Verkäufer mehr kaufen, der mit Bluecare Express liefern lässt! Und die Sendungsverfolgung funktioniert auch nicht!

Bluecare were nominated by a rogue EBay supplier, as carrier of an item we bought. The item failed to be delivered so approaches were made to Bluecare who investigated the scam fully for us. Their help and written evidence of their findings meant that the full refund was made by PayPal without question. Our experience of Bluecare is good but of the trader, very poor indeed. Bei Ebay was bestellt, das eigentlich per DHL kommen sollte, aber dann doch per Bluecare. Dann: 17:54 Uhr E-Mail erhalten "Paket wurde zugestellt" - bei mir klingelte aber niemand und auf 1 Stunde Suche gehen, taucht Paket nicht auf - BLUECARE IST NICHT SICHER, UNZUVERLÄSSIG UND UNTERSCHLÄGT PAKETE !!!!

Bluecare Express parcel was apparently left by bins, eBay seller and Bluecare Express failed to update details despite requests to the seller and attempts to track parcel. Bluecare Express didn't bother responding after eBay asked me to contact them direct. I really don’t know how they are in business,

I bought Reverse Life liquid from a seller on eBay on Sunday 19th November and allegedly the bottles were said delivery handed to resident on the 21st November which is untrue. There was no notification of this unknown courier to me that they were in receipt of my package or when it would be delivered. I had problems with the seller lying to me and after emailing Bluecare Express and using Resolver there has been no response. I have put in a non delivery claim with eBay. Please beware of buying anything on eBay where they use this so called courier company.

Took a long time to respond to my complaint. However once started they were rigorous, polite, respectful and trustworthy.

Ordered item from eBay, tracking stated as ‘handed to resident’, but nothing arrived, and no-one was actually in when it was supposedly handed to resident. Company no longer answering emails and eBay won’t help.

After experiencing a problem with an eBay transaction I contacted Bluecare, the team couldn’t have been more helpful, the help I received was second to none and resolved within 24 hours of initial contact. Everything was able to be dealt with by email and the matter resolved.

Bluecare was listed as the EBay shipper. Bluecare brought it to my town, but USPS did the last mile delivery. I didn't know USPS was involved until Bluecare told me. USPS said they delivered to my porch, but instead it was put out of the way, where I couldn't see it, at my garage.

When I couldn't find the package on my porch, I sent an email to Bluecare, they responded quickly, and told me about USPS doing the last mile. So Bluecare did their job properly, it was USPS that hid the package. And when I had a question, Bluecare responded quickly several times. Bluecare got the package here very quickly, much quicker than I expected.

"Sendung wurde an einen Hausbewohner übergeben" - Wohne in einem 30 Personen Miethaus. Diebstähle in der Vergangenheit. Ich bekam keine Info (Name) an wen das Paket übergeben wurde. Keine Benachrichtigungskarte. Nichts. Jetzt darf ich überall klingeln und fragen wer mein Paket hat. Sehr mangelhaft. Zudem keine Hotline um nachzufragen.

La peggiore compagnia di consegne. Poco affidabili, da evitare assolutamente.

Angeblich ein Päckchen im Briefkasten deponiert. Dies war aber nicht der Fall. Und weil die Ware angeblich zugestellt wurde bekomme ich mein Geld vom Versender nicht zurück. Ab sofort Frage ich vorher nach ob Lieferung durch bluecare erfolgt, dann kaufe ich lieber bei einem Handel der mit einem seriösen Dienst arbeitet.
