Bluecare Arvostelua 

Bluecare Express claim to have delivered a package that I ordered on eBay. They most certainly did not deliver and eBay have refused to refund the cost of my purchase. Check before ordering anything off eBay which courier will be used and don’t buy anything from sellers that use this dreadful company!

About ten days ago, I ordered several things from eBay.
All but one item has arrived, the one coming via Bluecare Express. I was provided with a tracking number, but the courier website does not seem to know anything about my package! They say:
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any information for this parcel, that's all we really know
The whole experience thus far has been very unsatisfactory, and I would not use this courier myself, nor would I recommend them.

Sendung wurde angeblich zugestellt. Nichts im briefkasten und zu der Zeit war ich auch zu Hause.

I have not received my item and delivery says left in letterbox but the item was a 500Ml bottle of liquid with a spray nozzle attached so it would not go through a letterbox even without any protective packaging .I have now sent 4 messages from their website and emails and i am still almost a week later getting requests for the tracking number that i have given them many times.

said the item was delivered and posted through letter box utter rubbish letterbox is small box by front door, item 1.5 mtrs long. how is this company allowed to trade this company doesn't care and turns my language blue

Close this company. Says delivered and wasn't.
They should not be allowed to trade as not fit for purpose.

Scam!! Bought item from ebay get an email that was delivered and handed to resident I was at home that time but no one bring the item.

Would get 0 if I could. Never replied to my message of my missing item. Fake tracking fake delivery updates. Also I couldn't get a refund from eBay because they had the fake tracking number.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER DONT FALL FOR IT !!
I ordered my package on the 6th and then a day later it said it was out for delivery, I went to go check and it said it has been delivered even though my package was NO WHERE TO BE SEEN !! This is the worst experience I have ever had with my package ever. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF BLUECARE EXPRESS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

Hallo, ich habe Ware gekauft am 27.05 in Wert 17,95 von ein Verkäufer aus Belgien und laut Bluecare Express Sendungsnummer wurde am 29.05 zugestellt.
Eine mega Lüge.
Ich habe keine Ware bekommen.

After an altercation with courier about him parking on private land where gravel just relaid,& churning up grass& gravel, foreign courier & woman accompanying him, have said package put in letter box,more
Than one item in package, so doubtful it would fit through letterbox, but if it did it would have been on floor in living room, nothing came up on t.v.from cctv camera, but he's said he's delivered. He has not...

Bluecare.expess ist, würde ich sagen, ja nur die Sendungsverfolgung.
Ich hatte gestern über eBay bestellt und eben meine Bestellung erhalten.
Ein Manko, laut Sendungsverfolgung ist's noch unterwegs, laut eBay noch nicht in Zustellung. 🤔 Egal. Ich bin gerade froh.

Angeblich zugestellte Ware nie erhalten und von Ebay + EbayVerkäufer eine Eiskalte abfuhr erhalten!

Said they left in communial porch but it would be impossible to get in without ringing one of my 3 neighbours. Absolutely a scam. E Bay should take them off the pay roll and look in to this sham company.

Avoid at all costs,
they said my parcel was delivered on bank holiday monday and posted through my letterbox, the item would not even fit in the letterbox I now believe it has been stolen as the door is just a few feet from the footpath, thats if it was ever delivered at all

This is a scam, I'm sure. There saying my parcel was delivered 3days before it was posted. How does that work.
Pretty sure it's a bullsh#t company that is something to do with these massive Chinese warehouses.
•Sell an item that doesn't exist,
•say its delivered,
•you have to take it up with a courier that dosent exist.
•They've just took your money,
•then they'll close the advert.
Ebay won't do anything either.
Please just avoid.

Paket nie erhalten. Laut der Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Paket an einen "sicheren Ort" abgestellt, bei mir wurde weder geklingelt, auch erhielt ich vorher keine Benachrichtigung dass das Paket abgestellt wird. Nach deutschem Recht ist dies nicht erlaubt, der Versandservice muss meine Erlaubnis haben und eine Benachrichtigung vorher vergeben um mein Paket überhaupt abstellen zu dürfen. Gegen den ebay-Verkäufer der mir ein Artikel verkauft hat und diesen Versandservice verwendet wird in Zukunft (zivil-)rechtlich vorgegangen.

Tracking says it was delivered but no proof of delivery provided. Not surprised as the rating of Bluecare Express is very bad.

Package was delivered at unreasonable hours and left in the rain. On top of the fence. Soaked and could have been stolen! Luckily the contents are plastic and can handle that, but still.
