Mein Paket wurde laut Sendungsverfolgung bei einem Nachbarn abgegeben. Allerdings wurde nicht angegeben, bei welchem Nachbarn. Bitte weisen Sie Ihre Zusteller künftig an, den Namen des Nachbarn zu hinterlassen. Ohne diese Information ist es praktisch unmöglich, das Paket zu finden.

Mehrere Tage in der angeblichen Zustellung, dann
angeblich versuchte Zustellung ??
Meine Mail mit Abstellerlaubnis ignoriert, keine
Antwort !!
Kein Vergleich mit DHL oder Hermes Paketverfolgung !!!

Waited all day for the package and never came

A very unreliable service and quite frankly untrustworthy.
My parcel was nowhere to be seen. Tracking number couldn't be found, no picture to view as proof of delivery when is stated it was delivery and no replies when I tried to contact them.
Judging by previous reviews I'm not the only 1 to experience the same let down.
Want advice stay clear.

Eigentlich kein Stern verdient. Ich habe angeblich die Annahme verweigert. Nur dumm das ich nicht Zuhause war. Ware ging zurück an Absender. Auf Nachfrage keine Reaktion. Türkische Betrüger.

The driver was terrible and rude. Gave the tiniest knock, left the item on the doorstep,didn't even wait and see if anyone was home, and it was a pack of 40 of cat food and it was left in the heat, would have gone off if we weren't home or didn't realise for few hours.
Luckily I was sorting things out by my front door, otherwise I wouldn't have heard his knock. Then when I opened the door he was rushing off, I tried to talk to him but he was a complete ignorant. Disgusting this is. People like that who can't even meet anyone face-to-face to just make sure the parcel is safe, shouldn't be doing this work.

Ware bestellt, aber nie erhalten. Es lag noch nicht einmal eine Benachrichtigungskarte im Briefkasten. ACHTUNG: Finger weg !

Useless tracking service just says item not found next min it gives you a fake delivery date and then it goes back to item not found seller has not responded and VD has no phone number for customer service. What a joke.

Noch nicht einmal 1 Stern. Keine Packstationen.Nur für Rentner die den ganzen Tag zu Hause sind geeignet. Angeblich ersten Zustellversuch gescheitert..

alles OK... geklingelt und abgelegt, so wie bei uns normal und gewünscht.

Please never use this company for your parcel deliveries. They delivered my parcel to the wrong place and do nothing to resolve this issue, but hiding behind seller, who also blaming receiver (me) for misdelivery. As "proof" of delivery they shown a picture of some multi flat/apartment post boxes,where's mine is detached house with sole post box/address. Maybe they work in tandem? I don't know, but experience is horrible.

Parcel left outside main block of flats, not inside the security door by my flat front door. Left in the pouring rain, drivers need to ring call bells to individual flats, not leave outside main block where anyone can take it! Disgusted.

Am 16.04.2026 - 12:00 Uhr wurde die Sendung, besonders gekennzeichnet als Gefahrgut, von VD-Track als zugestellt gekennzeichnet. Trotz dieser Kennzeichnung wurde das Paket aber nicht ordentlich zugestellt, sondern vor meiner Haustür abgelegt, wo ich es später fand. Nicht auszudenken, was hätte passieren können, wenn der Paketinhalt in Kinderhände gelangt wäre.

Ich habe meine Ware nicht erhalten.

Angeblicher Zustellversuch. Natürlich Humbug, hier war immer jemand im Haus, und die Klingel ist bestens zu hören. VDTrack? Noch nicht einmal eine deutsche Kontaktadresse oder website. Mehr als verdächtig

Ordered an item from New York on April 2nd and received the item in North Carolina on April 3rd. Fastest I've ever received a package.

Courier rang my doorbell and sent a message that he left the parcel in my letter box. I didn’t receive anything. Did he steal it?? Absolutely useless company!!!

Wieder mal ein neuer Lieferdienst, der nicht in der Lage ist einen Klingelknopf zu betätigen!!!!!!
Was ist mit diesen Typen eigentlich los?????
Kann man echt alle vergessen!!!!!
UNGLAUBLICH, NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!!!!

Ive been home for all three of of the dates a delivery was attempted. There was no attempt. Sellers please stick with USPS. Thanks.
You have to fill out a form online to get customer service. I did. No response.
