Azienda fantasma, non si trovano contatti telefonici e non rispondono al contatto e-mail.
Il pacco sembra essere andato smarrito e ne il corriere ne il venditore rispondono.
Sconsiglio questa ditta.

I bought on onbuy with free delivery.
I did not know which company they use for delivery. I had never heard of Blurecare before.
The delivery time was Saturday-Monday. Sunday evening after 10 pm I got an email that it was delivered. I went out to look for it. I couldn't find it anywhere. The whole outside area is covered by CCTV. There are 5 cameras outside. We see everything. 24-hour surveillance. I checked the footage. Nobody brought any package.
I went to the Blurecare website. I entered the tracking number. There it said Saturday afternoon it was delivered and left near the door.
Back to the CCTV footage again. I checked the whole of Saturday. Only Royal Mail and Evri were here. No one else.
I wrote a complaint on the site. Of course no one replied.
I have read many reviews. After this I am sure these thieves just steal the packages.

Ich habe gerade einen weiteren Betrugsfall über eBay-Verkäufer erlebt.
Dieser Kurier liefert die Ware nicht.
Sie behaupten, dass der Artikel geliefert wurde, noch bevor die Sendungsnummer erstellt wurde.

Scammers and thieves bought 2 separate items on Onbuy ,neither arrived although courier say they delivered,photo of delivery is not my address .Don't use any company that uses them to deliver

Courier left parcel on doorstep and was stolen messaged them nothing from them and to top it all seller said as far as he's concerned it's been delivered opened a case with ebay and they told me because he had a tracking number there's nothing they can do so Courier's can do what they like with your parcels take them home and not even have to ho out and deliver them, their name makes me laugh BlueCARE Express. How the hell is this company allowed to get away with it and why are Ebay allowing sellers to use this company Police should be looking into this company.

La spedizione risulta consegnata in buca ma, a parte il fatto che io non ho una buca, non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho scritto diverse volte al corriere chiedendo spiegazioni, ma si guardano bene dal rispondere. Pessimo servizio e pessima assistenza clienti.

Bluecare Express lost my goods. I contacted them - they told me to find them myself. After several emails - nothing. The delivery photo was of the interior of a recycling bin (somewhere in the country/world) with a package (the address of which was illegible) on top of the rubbish. I won't use a company in future that uses Bluecare Express. Shabby company.

Terrible and dishonest. They say a parcel has been delivered and handed to resident when they havent event been to my address. No ring of the doorbell, nothing on CCTV.

Paket von Ebay wurde angeblich an einem sicheren Ort abgelegt,OHNE GENEHMIGUNG!,Paket ist nicht auffindbar!

This is a dishonest company. They swore blind they put the envelope from eBay through my letterbox unfortunately for them I have CCTV that records 24 hours a day seven days a week to prove that they are liars avoid using this company.

The seller refuses to refund as tracking showed delivered.
Don’t use !!

Donnerstag bestellt, Freitag geliefert. Paket wurde dort abgestellt wie es in der Adresszeile angegeben war. War erst etwas stutzig als ich die ganzen negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte da ich diesen Lieferdienst vorher nicht kannte. Aber ich kann mich nicht beklagen.

Aspetto un pacco da giorni preso in consegna da loro dicono che anno tentato tre volte la consegna al fp aperto sette giorni su sette e non ci sono riusciti e ovvio che non anno mai tentato to deliver

Wenn man nicht mal in der Lage ist zu klingeln und dann angeblich beim Nachbar abgegeben, was nicht stimmt der soll weiterhin über diesen Anbieter versenden.
Die Versender tun mir leid, ich habe bei ebay bestellt und zum 2 mal ist die Ware nicht angekommen.
Traurig ist sowas, aber Anzeige ist raus wegen Betrug.

Ich fand alles super Packet ist angekommen und schneller Kontakt

They say a package was delivered. I was home all day. No pacjage. Driver probably stole it. Never use this company

EBay scam - tracking said item was delivered and “handed to resident” - it certainly wasn’t. So no item received, no help from seller and no help from eBay who refused to assist due to the fictional tracking saying it was delivered.
I lost my money like many others. Trading Standards - please look into this?!
