BLAUPUNKT review.Great stereo, great price . Overall my experience with the stereo was good since I’ve had it over for almost 3 years with no problems.

Apps freeze when watching, screen goes blank or sound goes off. Never able to watch a full programme. Only able to resolve is it to switch off at plug

I have purchased the blaupunkt cordless vacuum cleaner and it is the worst ive ever bought. Ive bought alot cheaper in the past for alot better quality. To start with i thought it was great as it is cordless, so better for my illness related issues and loved the swivel and the light. That being said the light ive found, is pointless as it shows the dirt the hoover up, but doesnt hoover it. Defeats the object and just highlights how useless the vacuum is. It barely picks up anything, even after continuously cleaner the filter and hose etc. I bought it for the downstairs to hoover basic crumbs etc that build up. Was finding it too hard to drag my trusty dyson everywhere as I need to vacuum daily. Unfortunately, im still dragging it around to pick up what the blaupunkt has missed. Yes i didnt spend alot on the cordless, i didnt have the money for a dyson or a shark, but as this was the higher end price wise of the cheaper brands, i thought it would do the job. It blow the crap back out aswell when i turn it off or lift it. Im basically spending more time picking up the mess its left behind than i am hoovering with it. It really is useless and had i kept the box (i dont have the storage space!) I would definitely of sent it back for a refund. I could have spent half the money on a better one elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the good reviews on this, have no idea how anyone can say its a good purchase.

I recently purchased a Blaupunkt mini rechargeable fan from b&m for a bargain and it's really good. It has 3 settings to choose from and it comes in different colours too. I bought mine in pink and I really love the product. It's been quite warm recently so I thought id test it to see if it would cool me down and it did. I highly recommend this product :)

I recently purchased a Blaupunkt 1604 1600W car amplifier. It installed easily and the instructions were very clear. The sound coming from all 6 of my built-in speakers on my Porsche Carrera is awesome now! It is connected through my Alpine receiver and I could not be happier.

Worst tv I have ever purchase terrible connection to the internet and slow as a snail so mad 😡

Wir haben am 03.11.2020 ein Blaupunkt Mobiltelefon Model: Option TAM Trio, S/N: BP 200 800 53 09 im Kaufland Berlin Buch für 48,73 € gekauft.
Leider konnten wir den Artikel erst jetzt (15.02.21) in Betrieb nehmen. Dabei haben wir festgestellt, dass die Zahlen und Buchstaben sehr schlecht zu lesen sind. Das ist bei uns im Büro aber zwingend erforderlich, da die Mitarbeiterin Hörgeräte trägt und sie Telefonnummern und Namen auf dem Display ablesen muss. Kaufland nimmt Artikel nur in den ersten 3 Monaten zurück. Also haben wir uns an den Service von Blaupunkt, die FIXIT Germany GmbH , gewandt. Da es sich hier nicht um einen Defekt handelt, wurde Blaupunkt von FIXIT direkt befragt. Die Antwort darauf von FIXIT an uns:
"Nach den erhaltenen Informationen ist der Hersteller Ihrer Anfrage nicht nachgekommen. Er teilte uns mit, dass das Gerät nicht beschädigt, kaputt oder nicht funktionsfähig sei. Deshalb wird es nicht möglich Ihnen das Geld zurückzuerstatten. Sie können zwar das Produkt reklamieren, aber wenn das Gerät keinen Defekt aufweist, gibt es keine Grundlage für ein Geld Erstattung. In solchen Fall wird das Gerät ohne Reparatur zurückgesendet."
So ein riesen Konzern, aber ein Winzling in Sachen Kulanz und Fairness!!!
Wir kaufen nie wieder etwas von Blaupunkt!!!

Worst tv I have ever owned , absolute bag of sh@& e , 40’’ fart tv had it a month couple of usefull apps rest Asian . Can’t say how bad this tv is . Oh and it cannot keep a channel list utter garbage would give it 0 stars if I could .

I DONT THINK I HAVE EVER BEEN HAPPIER EXCEPT WHEN I GOT MY FIRST CAR... BUT BLAUPUNKT STEREO IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD

We brought a Blaupunk Iridescent colour changing copper glass kettle from B&M, unpacked it and it was lovely looking.. turned it on and had a cup of tea, a few hours later, we tried again.. but there was a loud pop sound. It tripped the electric and totally stopped working. We changed the fuse and it turned on but the colour changing light stopped working. We feel totally ripped off our money and intended to send it back!

Worst TV ever. Poor picture, poor positioning of Ethernet cable so you cannot access if on a wall bracket, keeps dropping WiFi which means I have to reset the router, and a company that’s had to spell their name. Would never buy one again a complete waste of money, you have been warned.

I have contacted Blaupunkt three times now by mail, about my new Blaupunkt TV.
No answers, Danish link is dead, German link doesn't respond.
Is that Blaupunkt customer service ?

Nie wieder Blaupunkt, warte nunmehr seit über 3 Monaten auf mein Navi, welches zur Reparatur eingesendet wurde. Und da Blaupunkt diesen Service an Dienstleister abgegeben hat, interessiert dies niemanden.

Worst ever!!! Had it just over a year aerial fbit at the back fell off, then the remote stopped working can't even a replace!!

Nie wieder Blaupunkt. Mein LED Band funktioniert nicht wie es soll. Okay, kann ja mal vorkommen. Dafür gibt es ja den Kundenservice - sollte man denken. Aber auch nach mehreren Monaten habe ich keine Antwort auf meine Emails bekommen. Jetzt bleibt mir nur noch wegschmeißen.

My last TV Sony Bravia lasted 12 years without a hint of any kind of complaint. I unfortunately replaced it with a 43" Blaupunkt TV last August. My mistake I admit. Since then their service is competing with the product quality. Which is quite horrendous.

I purchased the TV through Flipkart and within one month the motherboard conked off! I discovered their service partner is Jeeves. I have sent 27 mails, called possibly a hundred times and i get kicked around between Flipkart customer service, Jeeves and the Blaupunkt service centre.

The service guy got me to change the settop box twice, stabiliser once and the plug point once. The same set up that worked without a hitch for last 12 years. First, the motherboard was not in stock, then when he got it, it was the wrong one. The replacement conked off again. The third one worked but the two HDMI ports wouldn't. Another service guy came and said that the wrong mother board has been put!

I bought an AV converter for the HDMI ports from Amazon so that I can connect the TV to the laptop given the time the service guy takes to come. I was waiting for the motherboard to be replaced again (waited for a month) when the lockdown came in the way in March. Two days back the TV stopped switching on at all, the same problem as in the first month. I call the service guy and he says nothing can be done as NOIDA centre is still closed. He didnt even check what the problem was!

Now without a TV during the lockdown and no assurance by when it will be rectified; if at all!

Maybe it was just a bad piece, my bad luck or the sign of the times, but I greatly disappointed by Blaupunkt. I didn't expect a german brand that I had grown up admiring would turn out like this.

The worst tv i ever had. It has the memory of nothing. I don't know how they manage to do a tv this slow. You have to wait 20 seconds when you turn it on to be able to change the channel or something else. It does not allow you to install itv hub or others,all you have are sime asian apps.
I am pretty sure is going to end one day with me throwing the remote control in to the screen.

Worst service center from blaupunkt. Called more than 10 times not answered once also.

Someone keyed my Mercedes so I bought a dash cam from blaupunkt at autozone and I truly love it. It makes me feel safe knowing I can get a clear, sharp video when needed from camera. It's amazing and well worth the money. Thank you. Thumbs up.
