The picture ok for the unit first out of the box, but not great, particularly in daylight.
The remote control was laggy and the user interface wasn't that friendly. The sound was terrible and it requires a sound bar to make it useable.
I had the unit wall mounted and after 3 weeks of use it started to develop pixilation which rendered the TV unwatchable.
I reached out to Office Works whom I purchased the TV from, who put me in touch with their outsourced warranty company "AYONZ PTY LTD", who claimed the unit had been physically damaged. They determined this by watching a video I took, and not inspecting the unit.
What a joke.
Never ever buy a Blaupunkt TV and think twice about the poor back up service you are likely to receive from Office Works.
Purchased in Sep 2023 for $497.

None existent customer service response.
Bought a 24inch TV via Amazon and it loses connectivity to the wifi. It seems like a common fault.
Amazon have been useless and I will never by another Blaupunkt product. No response from customer service to our requests (it is 3 months old) & premium rate line that no-one answers. Simply AWFUL avoid at all costs

Bought air fryer in Jan 2023. By May 2023 I had to return it as it had gone on fire. Used frequently enough but not enough to catch fire. Just had same thing happen with replacement. My daughter was using it and thankfully she’s old enough to be safe and wasn’t hurt!! Returned to shop I bought it and got refund. Bought a different brand this time

Spülmaschine nach nicht mal 3 Jahren bei seltener Bedienung kaputt gegangen ( Elektronik). Typischer Fall von China-Qualität und Obsoleszenz par excellence! Werde mir eine neue anschaffen, Blaupunkt bleibt für mich auf jeden Fall Geschichte.
Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!

Bought a smart 32” TV. Not only say to navigate the menus so looked for the manual - none provided! If you want a user manual you have to pay an extra £11! Didn’t get that with the Sony and Samsung I’ve bought in the past.
They did send a link to an electronic version after I had to hunt down an email address and wait a few days to get a response.
That has put me off Blaupunkt - will stick to a brand I know and trust.

Via de Albert Heijn heb ik bij Blaupunkt een robot stofzuiger gekocht. Ik ben er super blij mee en hij voldoet boven verwachting.
2 vrienden hebben er inmiddels ook één besteld. De bezorging, en services zijn ook zeer keurig.

Einmal und nie wieder. Geschirrspülmaschine innerhalb von 2 Jahren zwei mal defekt. Zweites mal kurz nach Garantie. Bin bedient. Lieber paar Euro mehr ausgeben

Abolutely useless vacuum, cant pick up the smallest of crumbs, total waste of money! Contacted Blaupunkt in Germany and they told me that they dont have a customer service for the product!!??

Für Blaupunkt Navigationsysteme "Travelpilot" fühlt sich keine der im Internet angegebenen Service Telefonnummern verantwortlich. Die Rufnummern die einem mitgeteilt werden 0511-81120577 oder 0511-988 71 85 sind nicht mehr aktiv.
Service sieht anders aus - von einem Kauf eines Blaupunkt Navis kann also nur abgeraten werden.

Habe den Plattenspieler TT100 bestellt im Zustand wie neu. Angekommen ist ein kaputter Plattenspieler! Teile sind abgebrochen Motor schaden und so weiter. Ich wette der wird nach der Rücksendung weiterverkauft als neu. Absoluter sche** Laden! NIEMALS DORT BESTELLEN! Kundesupport ist mieserabel!

Finger weg von Blaupunkt E-Bike Lotte. Habe mir dieses im April gekauft. Nach 2 Tagen und 35 km Fahrt war der Akku defekt. Dieser wurde zwar anstandslos getauscht, aber das Problem beim neuen Akku war, daß dieser sich am Anfang ganz schwer entfernen lies und zum Schluss garnicht mehr. Es hies dann der Akku ist aus einer Charge wo die Löcher am Schliessmechanismus nicht ordnungsgemäß gefräst sind. Ich habe dann das kpl. Rad nachdem es ja Garantie ist abholen lassen. Nun bekomme ich eine E-Mail, daß es ein Fehler meinerseits war und ein Video wie man den Akku richtig entfernt. Ich habe nicht anderes gemacht wie auf dem Video. Habe mir noch von 2 Personen zur Hilfe geholt, hat trotzdem nicht funktioniert. Jetzt soll ich für die Speditionskosten aufkommen sonst bekomme ich mein E-Bike nicht zurück.
Ich sage nur einmal und nie wieder.

Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service

Never buy a product from Blaupunkt! Products are really poor quality! Me and my couple of friend bought robot vacuum cleaner and all of us faced with the same error. When you put Dusting Bin there is an error like ''Dusting is removed. Please check and restart'' We sent back for repair 3 TIMES! Everytime it took a month to got it back and same error at the first try. I lost 3-4 months while dealing with send back etc. Moreover, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is a DISASTER! They are not try to solve your problem quickly you have to spend time and effort. Also, they are so rude. I will never buy a product from Blaupunkt! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Cooks very well but after a dozen or so uses the non-stick is no longer working well.
Food is stuck on and even after a long soak it is a nightmare to remove.

Händler die Blaupunkt anbieten sollten meiner Meinung nach umgehend verlassen werden, da diese keine Qualität anbieten

Mein Eindruck und Urteil:
Spülmaschine nach 28 Monaten defekt
Blaupunkt hat keinen eigenen Service
Es meldete sich ein IT-Serivce, welcher wohl "alles" kann.(wollte um 200€ statt der mit BP vereinbarten 50€)

Faktisch ist die Spülmaschine katastrophal entwickelt
´+ absolut wartungsunfreundlich.
So eine Bauweise ist darauf ausgelegt mit Service Geld zu verdienen.

BPunkt ist teilweise mit anderen SP baugleich (u.a. mal Siemens - somit auch hier AUFGEPASST)

Zudem sind wohl extrem schlechte, minderwertige Bauteile verbaut und "zusammengestöpselt"

Eine undichte SP-maschine, bei welcher die Abschaltung auf Grund zu hohem Wasserstand in der Auffangwanne nach lediglich 28/29 Monaten erfolgt kann keinen anderen Rückschluss erlauben

Kommunikation mit BP = 24 sind vorbei > by by Kunde mir egal was Du für ein Problem hast

Absolut negativ beurteile ich noch, dass BP inkl. der Führungsebene nicht aus Fehlern lernen will.

I can't understand why people give this AirFryer bad reviews, I bought mine 3 months ago and NEVER had any problems with it at all.
I cooked a whole chicken in it yesterday & it was Perfect, tasted brilliant and nice n crispy skin.
I do a lot of chips & they are very good.
Buy one you will not regret it.

Ich hoffe ich kann mit dieser Bewertung den einen oder anderen vom kauf abhalten.
Wir haben einen Kühlschrank, einen Kombidampfgarer (5C90S 8990) und einen Backofen (5B90S 8990) der Marke Blaupunkt in unserer neuen Häcker Küche erworben.
Die erste Woche war ich total begeistert.
Leider musste ich nach 2 Wochen während ich etwas im Dampfgarer hatte feststellen, dass dieser undicht ist und sich eine Wasserlache auf dem Boden gebildet hatte.
Küchenstudio und informiert. Dieser schickte den Kundendienst zu uns. Der Blaupunkt Kundenservice ist so stark unterbesetzt, dass wir sehr lange auf einen Termin warten mussten. (Ca. 6-7 Wochen). In der Zwischenzeit fiel uns auch eine Undichtigkeit am Backofen auf, wir wieder den Küchenbauer informiert, dieser dann den Kundendienst bzw. Hersteller.
Als der Kundendienst dann gekommen ist wusste er leider nur etwas über den Kombidampfgarer und nichts über den defekten Backofen. Er hat sich trotzdem beides angeschaut.
Konnte auf die schnelle keinen defekt feststellen. Die Geräte wurden getauscht und der Schrank auch (da dieser schon aufgequollen ist).
Nun ist der Dampfgarer dicht, aber der Backofen läuft wieder aus. Kundendienst wurde im Januar beauftragt und ist jetzt (Mitte März) vorbei gekommen um KEINEN defekt am Gerät feststellen zu können. Nun ist auch wieder der Schrank aufgequollen und muss getauscht werden.
Also Finger weg von dieser Marke. Geräte Schrott und Kundendienst des Herstellers miserabel.

Leider hatten wir auf die 5 Jahre Garantie vertraut („da kann es ja nicht schlecht sein“ hieß es).
Nur eine frage der Zeit bis der Kühlschrank auch ausläuft

This has got to be the worst ..I have w ever bought. I could do better with a brush...waste of money.

My blaupunkt air fryer smells very strong of burning plastic every time its used has anyone else had this problem and could this be a danger to ones health.
