Good price, good delivery even with the strikes and Christmas delivery issues.

I paid for next day delivery as I wanted the item to use . This meant it should have arrived on Saturday. I am still waiting to receive it despite having paid the premium price for delivery. I get a message each day saying it's been delayed for another day. Whilst I appreciate this may be the carrier's fault and beyond your control I am disappointed.

I had never heard of Blackleaf until my recent purchase with them but I will certainly be using them again. They are a top class company to deal with from start to finish. My order arrived very promptly, I ordered two sizes and returned one of them. My refund was issued very quickly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Paket nach UK kann nicht einfach so mal auf der vorbeifahrt beii der Bäckerei abgegeben werden; muss man anmelden usw; absolut mühsam und kompliziert.

Item was substantially cheaper than elsewhere. Ordered late on Friday with free delivery (choice of RM or DPD), despatched Saturday by DPD and arrived 8:30am Monday. Item exactly as ordered.

This was the only company I could find who stocked the Barbour international wax jacket in my size and at a brilliant price also their return policy was second to none.
I can highly recommend this company with no reservations at all.

I have not received my order and constantly chasing their customer service is a nightmare. No one gets back to you no one is resolving my issue. It’s been over a week since my parcel shows as delivered and I have not received it. This company is a joke.

Royal Mail shows parcel has been delivered weeks ago. I’ve not received it and your company does nothing to help. Avoid!

I ordered a jacket on Thursday in the morning, and on the next day I received my parcel, in perfect condition; it smelled like a perfectly new item what is actually very important for me. My jacket was on a huge sale, I have never seen such a good offer. What I also liked about the Blackleaf is that it sells only the high-quality brands. Highly recommended!

Item been in transit since Thursday 1st December, it was dispatched on Monday 28th November,
A combination of fails from Blackleaf and Royal Mail, due to industrial action.
Unfortunately first and last time using Blackleaf.
