Don’t buy from Blackleaf

Don’t buy from Blackleaf, I ordered 2 Patagonia items from them on the 22/11/22, and have received nothing. I’ve contacted customer support and they have been incredibly unhelpful! It’s now the 23/12/22 and I’ve no idea what’s happening! They happily took my £350.00, but not happy to refund me for items that have not been received. DO NOT BUY FROM BLACKLEAF!

Knowingly send wrong size.

They deliberately and knowingly send out the wrong product then make the enquiry and returns process an unnecessary lengthy and complicated process.
I ordered boots and they sent out wide fit variant which I did not want and was not mentioned on the product listing.
The boots don’t fit correctly and are not what I ordered, yet they insist they are correct and are reluctant to exchange them after I had made enquiries as to why they sent wide fit which wasn’t ordered.

Livraison hyper longue

Pour une cmmommande passée le 23/11/2022..
Toujours rien reçu le 13/12...
AUCUN SUIVI ..DE LA COMMANDE PAR LE LIVREUR WN DIRECT..
Une fois recontacte le colis n'est jamais parti...et est revenu chez eux
Réexpédition en cours..
On va voir si leur réexpédition avec suivie est fiable..et si le ouveau délai est respecte
Délai Réexpédition respectée.. bien reçu la commande..je repasse en 4 étoiles.. car très bonne réaction après le premier échec de l 'envoi....

Fantastic product, really good quality and very warm. Even the zips and fasteners feel good quality. No complaints.

Overall experience of Blackleaf was very good! Easy to navigate website, good prices in comparison to others and discount on top of that! Ordered after 9pm on Friday. Had an email the next day to say it had been dispatched. Arrived on Sunday. Great service. Would 100% use again and recommend!
