Would have given zero rating if…

Would have given zero rating if possible.I returned my order in last couple of weeks but am now being told they won’t be processing any refunds because the parent company has gone into liquidation.Absolute disgrace how they have handled this.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy delivery and beautiful packaging of the t-shirts I ordered from this store. The shirts themselves are soft, durable, and available in a wide range of sizes and colors.

Great price for a Rab waterproof coat

First time buying from Blackleaf and very happy with the whole experience. Wanted a Rab waterproof coat and found that the best price with an added discount was through the Blackleaf website. Read the reviews first and gave them a go. Coat arrived quicker than expected, great price, great experience.

Absolutely incredible customer service !

Fantastic customer service ! I’m in South Africa and was helped by Fabiha and Jessica, who were absolutely amazing ! I will definitely shop with Blackleaf again and recommend it to all my family and friends. I had my parcel delivered to Charlotte, a family member in the UK not to SA, as someone is bringing it back for me.

Rip Off!

Hi, on this website it appears as if the company is based in South Africa. So when you read about shipping and taxes applicable you expect it to be local costs. When I ordered the item and paid shipping charges I thought it was reasonable and was quite excited to receive the item. A week or so passes and I get an email from a South African courier company asking for money to clear a parcel! First I thought it was a scam, but when I enquired with Blackleaf they confirmed that was indeed my parcel. So I had to pay more than double the value of the item in customs clearance and taxes! It doesn’t make sense, why would you pay shipping on an item and then still have to pay more than double for that item to enter your country. It’s not cool! Won’t use Blackleaf again.

I appreciate that it may look like we are based in South Africa, however, like many companies we have bought a South African URL to better reach our customers in this part of the world, Also there is a disclaimer that pops up when going through check out to let you know there may be customs on your order you are not able to proceed without acknowledging this.
