Rude staff and awfull service
On the evening of November 14, my husband and I went swimming. At one point, a woman appeared near the pool with a massive speaker and blasted music so loudly that we literally jumped, and our ears started hurting. It turned out to be an aqua aerobics class (apparently for the hearing impaired). We politely asked once for the volume to be reduced to a reasonable level, and it worked—for about three minutes. Then the volume was turned back up, even louder than before.
Our attempts to address the issue politely were unsuccessful. The trainer and the manager rudely dismissed us, and we were forced to leave early without finishing our paid session. Needless to say, our requests for a refund or discount were also denied. We later found out that this woman is an employee of the facility.
The service and staff are appalling. If you’re running classes for hearing-impaired individuals, they should be conducted separately from sessions for people without hearing issues.

Unclean
The main issue with this centre is the lack of cleanliness particularly in the pool changing room area, showers and toilets on both floors often unhygenic. Its a shame as it really let's the place down. The gym has good equipment but aircon v low so cant use treadmill for long.
Addition - thanks. Went in a week after your reply on a sunday morning and worse than ever - toilets unusable
