Better - Rainbow Leisure Centre Arvostelua 

My children absolutely love coming to rainbows soft play, it’s such a lovely atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. The play area is great, for you to sit with a coffee and catch up with friends while the children let off some steam. The cafe is nice, it offers a small variety of hot cold food. Defiantly would recommend. We are going again tomorrow.

Had the loveliest experience at rainbow the other day ! The safe are so kind warm and friendly , we used the soft play facility’s it was so well placed I felt the kids where secure and safe while i happily enjoyed my coffee with out looking and checking on my children every 5 mins . The soft play its self was clean and very well tended with an open space to play basketball and football.

Lovely centre and helpful staff, gym is big and lots of natural light. Definitely recommend

Very good teacher if Pilates, I had never done before and she made especially sure I was doing it correctly.

My daughter has been enrolled for the past 6 months into swimming classes. While it started off well for the first few weeks, I have been very disappointed since then. The staff changes every week, and there is therefore no follow up. My daughter's online summary has not been updated for the past 8 weeks now, which is not motivating for her... I consider moving her out as it is a waste of money and time.

Friendly people and great aqua class

Amrit enjoyed his first class at Rainbow leisure centre. He loved his new swimming instructor. He said she boosted his confidence and encouraged him.

I used to play badminton regularly with a large group of enthusiastic local players. We all chipped in for shuttlecocks and social events. However, the Rainbow Centre received a complaint alleging our activities were a money-making scheme. Since then, they have spitefully restricted our use of the facility, leaving many club members disgruntled and seeking answers and a resolution.

It makes sense to support such an active, positive group of players from all walks of life rather than restrict us simply because we personally maintain a great social network.

Further to my previous reviews on Rainbow Leisure Centre, Epsom, in the the past 30+ months, I am pleased to see big changes in the administration of the sports hall, which has resulted from a change at the senior management level. The perpetrators are no longer able to exploit their membership benefits for commercial purposes.

I am happy to rate my experience to 4* (previously 1*)

EDIT no.1 per your request for details: Yesterday ticket was 3975117, todays for the same issue is 3977632. Membership number BET4667171. Both tickets were opened through the app, and for the yesterday ticket I had email exchanges with Nicola offering me date/time slots for another date, but when I wrote back with my chosen slot, there was no furhter email communication from Nicola although it was within the working time, leaving me without any confirmation of the changes. Very unprofessional! This morning I opened a new ticket as I can see there is still no change in the system for updated date/time slot. You can contact me on my phone for further details.
Original review: I wrote for change of the term for swimming lesson as my son got sick, and after the refusal at the beginning, they offered me completely changing of the day. After I had no choice but had to agree with the offer, didn't get any confirmation nor changed of the term for swimming lesson. I found very unprofessional and irresponsible working of the staff.

At Rainbow leisure centre still this commercial group takes over all the badminton courts .Only This group can play no one else can as sometimes they book and leave court empty preventing others booking there.They did monopolise at Tadworth leisure centre ,they introduced various sports and got rid of this group.Rainbow centre is not doing anything to control this guy and he is charging £55 per quarter and running a commercial group in a community centre.How can a community get fitter if its only serves a group of people.I have been fighting for this issue to be resolved for almost two years as the previous manager did absolutely nothing despite given all proof.I truly hope the new manager takes firm action as this group use illegal software to book court and hog onto the courts and keep 20 people playing at the same time.We pay £69 per month and had to travel to various town to get some exercise where as these bunch of crooks get to have all the courts.I hope management put a camera in the sports hall and watch who plays there 6-10 pm no one except this group.Now i will get a robotic readymade response from GLL and nothing will be done &no one will contact as they suggest.

We had a booking on the 3rd March, 14:00 for a one hour badminton session. There were two of us at the court number 2 - my husband and I. The limit for one court is 4 people at the same time. It’s written at the notice boards and if customers fail to follow this rule, their membership might be cancelled. However, this rule didn’t apply to people from the court number 3. There were 9 people playing at the same time! After complaining to a manager, nothing has changed! I came to the reception few times but manager did not take any action to manage situation. It’s not the first time when it’s happening and it’s very disappointing that this situation keeps happening. We also spoke to another customers about the booking issue - it seems like people complain but management doesn’t care. My husband pays around £70 monthly for the membership, I have an annual pay as you go membership and I think it’s not worth its money for this service. We will be looking for the other place to play. Even if we find something more expensive we will go for it just to avoid chaos and poor customer service.

I’ve just joined the gym. impressed as so spacious and happy to see they have dumbbells that go up to 50kg!

Quick response. Very happy how my problem was resolved . I managed to go to the gym the same day and used my membership card to go in.

I had a problem booking a class so I contacted Better and actually spoke to a person (not a computer) who was incredibly helpful, I have only been a member for a week and so far so good
