Staff are great but the gym has a poor layout. Equipment not secured, machines wobble on the floor, the layout changes often for some daft reason, gets worse every time. Equipment stays broken out of... Näytä lisää

Great gym, better stuff! It would be so much better if the gym had a better filtered water system. The current one is very out of date and not functioning properly.

Nice gym but the Wi-Fi is a joke
Been a member for a few years, and the gym is friendly and good value. Choice of equipment is fine for the price and is big enough for it to not be busy
What I absolutely hate and what stops this being a 4 star is you can't get phone signal for music and videos etc so you rely on wifi which is just an utter joke. It never works and when it does it fails constantly. It really ruins my workouts. Nothing is ever done to fix it.

’ve been really disappointed with this…
’ve been really disappointed with this gym. There are no air conditioners, and every time I come in it feels like there’s no fresh air to breathe. On top of that, a lot of the equipment is often out of order, and it takes them ages to get anything fixed. To make matters worse, some of the staff can be very rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Great gym for a senior member
I rejoined after having yet another operation and was pleasantly surprised to see the gym looking so much better than before.
I am really happy that there are more women at the time I go there, I don't feel so intimidated with so many men about.

Gym needs filtered water system
Great gym, better stuff! It would be so much better if the gym had a better filtered water system. The current one is very out of date and not functioning properly.

I have been going to Better Gym Romford…
I have been going to Better Gym Romford since January 2025 and it is best the gym I have visited. The staff are very friendly and I have been offered good training tips from the one of the managers Luke. The gym is very comfortable and has everything that I need.

The gym is decent with enough equipment…
The gym is decent with enough equipment not too busy at the times I go main complaint would be how long they take to fix machines, cable machines out of order for over a month really not good enough.

Staff are great but the gym has a poor…
Staff are great but the gym has a poor layout. Equipment not secured, machines wobble on the floor, the layout changes often for some daft reason, gets worse every time. Equipment stays broken out of use for weeks or months. It's £25 which is fair but could be a lot better with minimal management.

It has only a few old gym machines, I do not recommend this gym does not contain gym equipment to help you in exercise
