Please can you contact the pinner branch and not revert us to doing your leg work on trust pilot and ensure your staff setup the cycles for spinning classes. We pay membership to ensure this is taken care of as opposed elderly having to move a heavy cycle for the class this is unacceptable considering staff are just flirting around.

Better Gym Pinner - good experience
The facility is good and the location is perfect.
Would have given an extra star if some assistance was provided during the first week of induction for first timers. I am a new member of the gym and was told to opt for personal trainer as no induction assistance was offered.

We are really happy to hear that you are enjoying your membership at the Pinner facility. We are disappointed to hear that you did not receive any assistance during your first week at the centre. However, an Induction is for a new Gym user to show them how to use each piece of equipment in the Gym. Did you request an Induction or did you opt out of an induction?

I am very sorry to hear this. Did you opt for an Induction online as this would not be offered unless you opted for this when joining? You would then be required to book the induction online.
