Better - Croft Sports Centre Arvostelua 

I visit the Croft Centre often, to play my favourite sport; squash (being one of the only local centres that still offer such facilities). The main thing that makes this experience great, is the staff. Always welcoming and helpful, friendly and always ready to help. There have been mixed experiences of cleanliness, though one person in particular always ensures facilities are clean and swept; Deb Symes can always be relied on, especially in ensuring courts are swept when she is on shift.

The staff at the Swindon branch are the only reason this gets 2 stars, they’re great, really helpful and friendly. The pool is vile, cloudy and over chlorinated, not nice but obviously necessary as it was filthy. Plasters and gunk on the bottom of the pool with small dated overcrowded changing rooms. Signs up say it’s a shoe free zone, but the mud and dirt in the floor is evidence of this not being enforced. C’mon Wiltshire council, spend some money and get this pool sorted.
