I have had 2 coaching sessions with Colin Murray, and in both, he gave a comprehensive and helpful explanation of what was required for my investments.

The most expensive of the platforms I use, and they STILL do not allow trades in treasuries. Really very outdated.

Colin was very helpful - more than I had expected. He was also objective.

Marc phoned at the appointed time to give me a coaching session. He was easy to talk to and helped me to make my first trade.

Transferred funds for my annual ISA but used my client number instead of my ISA reference on the 8th October till today 23rd October it has not been added to my ISA account. They know the reason and confirmed they have it but say they have to return it to my bank. I then need to send it again with the ISA reference number. They are earning interest on investors funds with these tactics. Why does it take almost a month to return funds? When they have confirmation of the purpose; it has been added from the registered bank , why not just add it to my cash for self investing?

Marc was very helpful; he took the time to understand my particular needs and explained my options, clarifying my understanding of everything without making me feel ignorant (investment is a complete unknown for me). the coaching session has given me clear options to consider and I feel much better informed.

I was given the exact guidance I needed and information to look up.

Colin was superb and talked me through the changes I was wanting to make to my SIPP with confidence and assurance. I would recommend him.

Taylor was extremely helpful and patient whilst explaining the process to deduct money from my account. Additionally, she said to get back to her if I encountered any problems.

Coach was professional with a wide range of knowledge. dealt with a Trust Fund case with some challenges and took part in a Zoom meeting with Social Services.
Most importantly, researched within BestInvest and followed up open questions.
A credit to his company and no doubt in my mind he deserves 5 stars.

We discussed areas where I needed to re-evaluate my portfolio. Overall very helpful.

I had good advice from Colin but have had a nightmare switching funds to smart range. Placed order on 2nd September spoke to advisor several times. Advisor helped switch out of clean portfolio to smart range. However when I checked online, only half of my portfolio had been switched! Called advisor on 8th who informed me that it takes 4 working days I believe. Under transactions on the app I could see that half my portfolio hadn’t switched to one of the smart ranges. Was told to wait! Phoned again on the 9th spoke to Casey who confirmed my suspicions as being correct. Funds had
Not been switched to Smart balanced on the 2nd which meant I am at a loss of £533.27 to date. Have lodged a formal complaint and switched to smart balanced. Been a nightmare as I have been with B Invest for over 20 years and have had faith in their recommendations for small portfolio and their customer service. This has eroded over time and unfortunately some of the advisors are out of their depth.

I had a query that took quite a while to resolve, but BestInvest customer service were brilliant, particularly James - kind, patient, diligent and smart.

Working with people like James really makes a difference in making it into a great experience.

Our chat with the advisor was very helpful. He pointed out thingswe need to address in our finances, which we are in the process of undertaking now

Really good call with Samuel Dam about the process of investing in my Stocks & Shares ISA. Sam explained the process clearly and with authority and offered to further assist if I encountered any issues or wanted further guidance

I had a coaching session with Colin at Bestinvest and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I went into the session with very limited knowledge of investing and wanted to better understand the options available to me and the different levels of risk involved.

Colin was excellent. He was personable, patient and genuinely listened to my circumstances and what I was hoping to achieve. He explained everything in a clear and straightforward way without overwhelming me with jargon.

What I particularly appreciated was his honesty. He was very clear about the boundaries of the coaching service and that he couldn’t make specific investment recommendations, but he still managed to significantly improve my understanding and give me the knowledge I needed to make my own informed decisions. At no point did I feel that he was trying to steer me towards a particular product or that there was any hidden agenda.

I came away from the session feeling far more knowledgeable and confident than when I started. Colin was professional, approachable and a real credit to Bestinvest.

A genuinely useful service and an easy five stars from me.

The customer service agents are really aggressive and rude. It is not permitted to disagree with them. They barely allow you to speak. The fees are very high too .They charge fees that they do not inform you about and will not properly explain the asked.
