Bennison Brown Mortgages Arvostelua

I don’t normally leave reviews, but when someone has done an exceptionally good job I think it’s worth recognising and Bennison Brown (and especially Alex) always go above and beyond for me. I have used them a number of times now and could not be happier with the service I get.

Thank you for making everything as soon as possible - I really couldn’t ask for a better service.

We were both very impressed from start to finish with our experience with Bennison Brown. Alex was friendly, thorough, was incredibly helpful throughout our whole process, and was a pleasure to work with. A big thank you to the whole Bennison Brown team for their help.

We are first time buyers, so is normal we are worried about everything but mortgage advisor Shadab explained everything, was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to him we completed process application with smile on our faces.
We highly recommend this company.

This was our second time using Bennison Brown and we had Alex looking after us again. He was amazing, always explained everything so well, very very patient, supportive and kind as it was a stressful purchase for us. Thank you!

Another great service from Bennison Brown when I remortgaged my property. Michael Bennison and Amanda Thatcher were brilliant. Amanda went the extra mile to support in ironing out some niggles and chasing the solicitor. I would highly recommend Bennison Brown and wouldn’t use any other broker!

Another excellent experience with Bennison Brown. Andrew Connor was exceptional and kept us informed throughout. The whole process was so smooth and can't fault the team. Highly recommended! Thank you so much

Andrew Connor has been absolutely fantastic in handling our remortgage, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His expertise, patience and attention to detail were invaluable, ensuring we secured the best possible deal.

We highly recommend Andrew, his professionalism and friendly approach made working with him a pleasure. He took the time to explain every step clearly and kept us updated throughout, always ensuring we understood our options. He even worked proactively to adjust our mortgage terms when rates changed, saving us money in the process.

Would definitely recommend him for any remortgage or mortgage advice!

Michelle Brock has been amazing and has been really helpful in sorting out my mortage as well as insurance for my new flat.

I would highly recommend Michelle who was extremely professional and really friendly to work with, Michelle also helped to explain every step clearly and kept me up to date throughout the entire process (even working to reduce my mortgage interest rate when it went down during the exchange process).

Would definitely recommend Michelle for any mortgage broker and insurance needs.

Great service as usual- 3 mortgages with these guys, top notch

Chris was fantastic in helping us manage a challenging mortgage application. Super communicative and on top of the details.

Great service, great people! Susan J in particular stand out for her level of commitment. She helped me with several mortgage extensions and even escorted my mum to the solicitors when needed. I cannot sing her praises highly enough. Use Bennison Brown, you will not be disappointed.

Having recently left a review on my experience with Bennison Brown for the fantastic help with my mortgage, I wanted to also take some time to praise Milan, who explained all potential options and prepared several quotes on life insurance. Milan answered all my questions with great detail and knowledge - I learnt so much and have already recommended a friend! The process was clear and fast, too! Thanks again - you are an asset to Bennison Brown.

An amazing team! It is very rare in this time and age to come across such professionalism, delivered with grace and kind attention to the client's needs. Totally recommend!

Fantastic service
I had experience with many different brokers but Michelle from Bennison Brown was thorough, kind and knowledgable. I have specific requirements since I run a business but Michelle asked the questions other companies didn't and got to know my issue was not affordability. Would definitely recommend this company and Michelle in particular.

Bennison Brown Mortages, were amazing from the get go, special mention for Chris who went above and beyond, and was very knowledgeable and accommodating, answering calls and email well after working hours.

Chris run us through a range of options for our mortgages and helped guide us to making a decision.

Well worth the money, they took all the stress out of applying for mortgages.

We have first used Bennison Brown back in 2019, when we have purchased our first home. Over the years BB have kept in touch with us regarding protection protection products and were also extremely helpful and reliable with anything we required.

Fast forward 5 years and we have just remortgaged using BB, and the whole process was completely hassle free.

I would highly recommend this mortgage broker as they offer a 5* star service for all aspects.
