UK Homebuyers Ltd Arvostelua

Been dealing with UK Homebuyers for few months now. Great service. Jon has been really easy going making decisions quickly. Pleasure to work with hope we cross paths again soon.

From my first phone call enquiry until the sale was completed everything went smoothly. I knew that I would take a hit on the price but I wanted a quick sale, my fear was a further reduction at the last minute but that did not happen. I was paid the agreed price in the agreed time frame of 3 weeks. All very stress free and professional. I would sell to them again

Very helpful

I completely understand this is a business model, but your offer represents only 56% of the property's estimated market value and 72% the asking price.

Respectfully, I just can’t do it at that level. I’d be happy to discuss a more reasonable offer following the official valuation.

This is the second time I’ve used UK homebuyers and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again
They are honest and trustworthy about the pricing of the houses and if you are happy with the price the process is as stress free as it can be when moving homes
Our last sale was missing a few key documents (our responsibility) however Steve at UKhomebuyers”rolled his sleeves up “ and between us sourced them and continued to completion
On a personal note during the conveyancing my father passed away and I would like to thank Steve and Lauren for the compassion they showed towards me during this time
Very professional team as always
Thank you

Excellent service - did exactly what it said on the tin.
Professional and with integrity.

Lauren was great. It was a quick turnaround.

We know exactly where we stand.

Thank you Team.

Quick straightforward cash offer.

As a consultant licensed conveyancer, I have worked closely with UK Homebuyers Ltd for the past four years. Throughout our long-standing professional relationship, I have consistently found their team to be exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. They streamline the property-buying process with great communication and integrity, making them a pleasure to collaborate with. I highly recommend their services.

I purchased a rental property in 2019 and needed to sell it quickly so I contacted UK Homebuyers.
Lauren was really helpful. I didn’t want the tenant to have to move out and they bought the property and let him stay.
I got the funds into my bank account just over a week after seeing Steve
A weight off my shoulders! Thank you UK Homebuyers
Would recommend

Started well but like most cash buy companies reduced below a level I found acceptable.

Jon & Steve are as straight as it comes no BS just serious A players who get cracking off market deals.

Would not hesitate to recommend any day if the week

Quick, precise, fair valuation.

Excellent!
A professional service and great advice.
He cared about my situation,I would Highly recommend Marcus.

I was let down the last minute on my house sale and i reached out to uk homebuyers to sell my house for cash. They have been absolutely amazing especially Steve he was true to his word and stuck to the price he offered me on his first visit. He was also there to support me with any questions any time of the day it never seemed to be a problem. He turned it round so quick that i was moved within 4 weeks and i really appreciate all the time and effort that was made to make it so successfull . I would highly recommend uk home buyers if you are looking for a quick sale and you dont want to loose your dream home. Thank you.

My house sale was started and completed within 10days.
100% transparency throughout and professionalism. Listened to what I wanted and needed and met me every time. Would 100% use again in the future.

My experience was a very pleasant one throughout. The entire process was so quick easy and stress free. This has now enabled me to move on in life as my flat is now sold and I can look for a more suitable property. Lauren was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend you to anyone who is looking to move house and wants to avoid what can often be a very long winded and stressful process.

Stress free transaction for a swift sale. Excellent communication throughout and great help from Lauren throughout the whole process which gave me much peace of mind. I would highly recommend UK Homebuyers Ltd to anyone who wants a simple and quick sale without any added stress.

Flawless service making it such a simple procedure. Knowledgeable and great customer service, gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision without the pressure unlike other organisations I care not to mention! Look forward to doing business again!
