Barosa Property Arvostelua

During my time of owning a flat managed by Barosa, I was really happy with the level of service they provided. The flat communial area and grounds were well looked after.
When I went to sell my property I was so impressed with how quickly they responded to all the queries, and how organised they were with all the documents required.
The staff are always approachable, helpful and prompt when responding to emails.
I rate them highly

I have to say the the level of service at Barosa has been amazing. I've had the pleasure of working with Sandeep there who has been so helpful at answering all my questions and queries. Really appreciate all the hard work and effort him and the Team have shown. Thank you!

We were pleased to used Barosa for the last 5 years

Very active and prompt in dealing with matters accordingly especially compared with our previous management company.
Always coming with better suggestions in order to improve our block of flats

Few years on and you are still amazing. Thank you Barosa, can’t fault you. Simply the best.

Absolutely outstanding customer service - I'm so grateful to Sandeep for his swift response to the questions I asked, it's really appreciated. Cheers!

They have only been are managing agent I month now and there has definitely been an improvement in the building.

Super responsive property management company
I've lived in Geneva Court for over 10 years. Barosa is by far the best property management company we have had in that time. They are super responsive, polite and efficient. They have ensured that the building meets all of the relevant safety standards and they carried out a comprehensive maintenance review. I have also been impressed at the way repairs have been managed economically. Our old lift was bespoke and maintenance was always expensive. Barosa arranged replacement of the lift with generic components so that it is much cheaper to maintain. I highly recommend Barosa - excellent service.

Always very good service, very quick to respond… well organised, can’t fault it

Exceptional service and professionalism. I’d like to thank Barosa for being so pro-active, responsive and thorough. I’d recommend the Barosa team any block looking for a managing agent. Great team, extraordinary attention to detail. My thanks.

Customer service support is the best that I have experienced, compared to other property management companies that I have come across.

We always receive great service from Barosa whenever we email them with a request. Brenda is always quick to respond and assist us.

Since the replacement of Firstport with Barosa as our management company just over three years ago, Sandeep and his team have swiftly and effectively improved the management of our blocks. They have been prompt in responding to our inquiries, have addressed issues with contractors, and have resolved outstanding problems. With Barosa's assistance, the security of our blocks has been enhanced, and essential maintenance that was long overdue has been completed. I highly recommend their professional and courteous services.

Barosa was brought in to manage our block of flats around 3.5 years ago. Sandeep and the team quickly transformed how our blocks were being managed. They were responsive to queries, addressed issues with contractors and fixed outstanding issues. With the help of Barosa, the security of the blocks was improved and major overdue maintenance was carried out. They are a very professional and friendly service provider which I would highly recommend.

Always have given a quick and satisfying response. Solved the problems as quickly as possible even during weekends. Love their service.
