Paid for shipping to have products delivered. They delivered to a post office out of my town where I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up. Contacted them and they were no help, stating we show this delivered, too bad we can’t help you.

The French website does not accept any kind of payment.

The French customer service email address refuses all emails.

When you use the American email address, they are hopeless and refer you back to the non-functioning French one.

Overall, a company to be avoided!!!

I shopped at Benefit in Soho Oxford Street London today and spend a bunch of money. My sales attendant Matilde from Portugal was simply amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. No wonder I bought so much! I hope the company rewards such amazing sales persons..

The staff there are really kind and treated us so well! My brow service was done by Katie ,in central London, she was really sweet!

I ordered 12 items on April 30th but I only received 5 items,and they all came in a small cheap envelope without any packaging box or extra bubble wrap.

I immediately contacted customer service and sent multiple emails. The customer service promised will send the replacement within 3-5 business days. It has been two weeks,I have called a number of times and emailed them many times, but I have not received any response. Don't know what kind of service is this?

Took days to respond. Had to send numerous emails! Extremely disappointed!!!!!

Il m’a fallu 1 mois pour retourner les produits en contactant le service client une dizaine de fois, car il m’envoyait des adresses incorrectes ou bien créait des étiquettes retour qui me renvoyait le colis directement chez moi. Après 1 mois à me battre le colis leur est enfin parvenu, mais ils ne m’ont JAMAIS REMBOURSÉ ! J’ai été obligé de contacter aujourd’hui le service 60 millions de consommateurs pour trouver une solution pour que Benefit finisse par me rembourser.
Cette entreprise est une vraie arnaque et je ne recommanderai plus jamais chez eux l’expérience client est juste désastreuse !

I love Benefit cosmetics. I discovered this company over 20 years ago, and there customer service is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with a representative who was working at the Sephora location at Yorkdale. This lady was fantastic. I regret not knowing her name. She didn't have to help me, but she did. I was trying to find a product, but they did not have it. This woman went out of her way to try to help me. The other thing that really impressed me with Benefit Cosmetics is that they don't discriminate based on age. This woman is older, and Benefit Cosmetics should praise her. I am. This woman is an inspiration. Gives me hope that even though I am older that I still have something to offer this world. I love your company.

Great customer support. Responds quickly to emails. Product is good quality. Would recommend.

Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Annika in the Chelmsford boots, such a lovely lady. Made to feel at ease she showed me where my eyebrows should start and finish and how to fill in the gaps etc.

Abby in John Lewis Norwich was so lovely, she listened to what I wanted and gave great advice, I’m so pleased with my brows which were waxed and tinted and I also had a lip and chin wax, very happy will definitely be going back!

Service client défectueux : commande passée le 16/08/23. Erreur d'articles de la part de bebefit. Rappel pour renvoi de l'article et remboursement. Et bien non benefit me renvoie le même produit. Je rappelle et on me dit que le remboursement va arriver. Après plusieurs appels je oense avoir réussi et reçois un mail le 23/10 :

"Bonjour Madame XXX,
Merci d’avoir pris le temps de nous contacter par téléphone.
Nous vous confirmons avoir transmis votre demande aux services compétents afin que vous puissiez obtenir un remboursement de votre commande dans les plus brefs délais.

So ein schlechtes Erfahrung wie mit benefit habe ich noch nie mit irgendeiner Händler gemacht
Ich habe die Wahre stoniert stonierbestätigung nach mehrmals Anrufe erhalten und nach 2Tage haben Sie die stornierten Bestellung zu mir geschickt. Um die Ware wieder zurück zu schicken musste ich Versand kosten bezahlen und Versand die Sie mir geschickt haben obwohl nicht meine Fehler war also mit deren Fehler war ich 12€ in minus . Mehrmals angerufen geschrieben vergeblich

Finger weg von benefit Cosmetics sonst verbrennt man die Finger

I have mixed feelings about Benefit. Some of their products like the Precisely My Brow pencil and The POREfessional primer are holy grail status for me - I can't live without them! However, a lot of their other products have been miss rather than hit. Their boxed powders and blushes seem to lack pigment and their mascaras and bronzers just don't wow me. I also find some of their cutesy retro packaging to be a bit overdone. Overall quality is good but not mind blowing.

Wow, I wasn't happy with my purchase, but Benefit were just exceptional at solving this issue and I would never hesitate buying from them again due to such exquisite customer service. Thank you!

What's happened to the size of the bottle!!!!!!!!!!!!! Received my new bottle yesterday and it's literally 50% smaller but not the price of course!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted. Last time I'll be ordering anything from Benefit.

I bought the Pore fessional Deep Retreat and when I opened it it was less than half full. Too expensive for so little product in big packaging. Now I'm sad

Malgré des commandes par le passé, un bug du site a enregistré mes paiements (un essai CB et un essai PAYPAL), mais pas ma commande. Je suis toujours sur le coup d'autorisation de débit, mais le service client est absolument INCAPABLE de gérer le problème. Après 12 jours d'appels et de mails, aucun retour, et aucune possibilité d'avoir la confirmation que je ne serai pas débitée (alors que je n'ai pas eu de commande). Lors de mon dernier appel je devais avoir un mail de confirmation que j'attends toujours. Je vais devoir déclencher ma protection juridique pour régler le problème. Inadmissible, vous avez perdu une cliente, que ce soit sur votre site ou chez vos revendeurs.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 3 brow pencils only because of the 30% FRIYAY code. After 3 tries to place the order, the discount did not show up. Purchase was on PayPal. Sometimes the discount doesn't show until after you hit SUBMIT. After 3 hours, only I got confirmation of full price. I called Benefit. She said sales could only be canceled within 30 minutes. Couldn't even offer me a credit. I called PayPal. They said to call Benefit back, that the sale had not gone through yet. I called them and got the same woman. She basically said too bad for me and how sorry she was! Supposedly she got hold of a supervisor who would do nothing either. So when the items arrive I will take them to a store and never buy a Benefit product again. I could have bought these at Target, as I have in the past, and gotten my 5% discount.
As a follow-up, I did return the products and have not gotten confirmation of receiving them, or a refund.
