Bella Italia Arvostelua 

First time at this Bella Italia (Wolverhampton, Bentley Bridge Park). Great atmosphere and lovely staff.

Gee was our server, she was so down to earth, friendly and professional.

We came for a joint birthday/early mom day celebration and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We are definitely coming again...hopefully this weekend.  Highly recommend

The relaxing atmosphere is consistent. Nancy is always helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and I recommend to my friends all the time.

I attended for a drink with my friends for first time. I was happy with the service Holy provided.

My friends always go to Bella Italia in Norwich Red Lion Street and rave about the atmosphere, food & service. We were near Norwich station so went to the Riverside one and the experience was not the same. A very long wait to be served even though the place was virtually empty. Finally ordered and didn't wait too long but the meal was poor. Carbonara had lardons which were more white flabby fat than anything else & really awful. My husbands spag bol was tasteless and he said my home made version was far superior! We had dirty plates sitting in front of us for ages with no attempt to remove them - the place was still not busy though. We didn't bother with a dessert as we didn't want an action replay. Funnily enough my friends used the Riverside Bella Italia as they were near there and had exactly the same experience and also the same flabby white lardons! We wont be returning but will try the Red Lion St one as I love Italian food if it's cooked correctly. My friends also said they wouldn't go back either but return to their favourite.

Warm greeting by staff accommodated with a window seat on arrival. Food arrived promptly we ordered half a pizza each with salad delicious and surprisingly filling. Good value for money as we received a voucher for free main course after booking a table.

Myself and my husband travel a lot and go to many restaurants but never in my life have I written a review.
I feel I must write this one as I have never experienced such insult and bad behaviour from staff!
We visited the Mansfield branch this evening a little later on but the man told us at the door we could come in but reminded us they are closed in 40 minuites which was ok for us we just wanted some food.
He reminded us several times and walked around hugging and puffing. I wanted to leave immediately as I felt he didn’t want us there. Throughout the meal we felt uneasy and the funny looks we was being given. My husband asked for the bill he normally leave a really decent tip but I knew he wasn’t on this occasion, the bill was £65 he said he has cash and only had £20 notes but the man said he couldn’t give change from £80 ? He paid on my card! He then asked how you leave a review but they was sniggering as we got to our car we saw them laughing together and looking at us. I’m not sure how we both kept our cool but it’s an experience I wouldn’t wish to go through again or any other customers. Staff need retraining or teaching some manners!

We visited Blackpool Bella Italia and I ordered the sea food risotto which was very dry no liquid or sauce and contained mainly mussels with 3 prawns and one piece of squid. Was also very bland my partner had the bolognaise and he said this was also bland.
The restaurant was starting to close and the waitress opened the doors wide while she brought in the tables and chairs from outside. This made the restaurant freezing cold as it took her approximately 10 minutes to bring everything in. The restaurant manager was sitting watching her while she did this. If she had helped the doors could have been closed quicker.
Not happy with our meal at all and will not be back.

Avevamo prenotato per luglio 2024, anticipando la caparra ma abbiamo disdetto per motivi familiari e ci è stata restituita la caparra decurtata di una spesa di euro 15 per gestione pratica....bah fate molta attenzione noi abbiamo ricevuto la caparra indietro, perché mi sono messa al telefono quasi tutti i giorni altrimenti avremmo sicuramente perso tutto inquanto c'è una mancata chiarezza di comunicazione...e non aggiungo altro

Recieved warm welcome from ziko he was kind and polite, after we order or meal he was attentive to our needs, and made our lunch visit to Blackpool Bella Italia and lovely experience, what a lovely kind and professional young man Ziko was******

Probably one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. Soggy bland no flavour food.
Very disappointing!

We went to the restaurant in Exeter. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Cocktails really nice. Food came out fast and was really tasty.
Clean, nice atmosphere and will definitely be coming here again.

Went to the bluewater one & ordered bruschetta & carbonara the bruschetta was berry tomatoes cut in half chucked on a piece of bread & garlic sauce thrown on the top !! carbonara had hardly any taster no creamy sauce that I could see , won’t be returning was really looking forward to lunch ( & I was starving) but was disappointed with food ,No Italian feel what so ever .

Well currently sat waiting 90 mins for our food total shambles care more about getting the delivery collections ready than customers sat in dinning it’s 8 o’clock still no food awful

Will never eat there again

The day before we ate at the restaurant, we checked with the BellaItalia Uxbridge restaurant if we needed to book for the next day, the staff said no. The next day when we turned up for our meal, the staff said they are fully booked when they are only half full and will not seat you down without booking. It has happened to us twice before. However, on this occasion we insisted on waiting till a table is free and told to sit at a nearby table. Whilst waiting, we noticed that the staff were seating other customers without booking as long as there were groups of 4 people or more or young customers who, l assume, will order alcohol. The restaurant was only half full. A lot of the customers they seated without booking were only ordering £5 pasta, tap water in a jug to share out and no starters or dessert. Only one or two of these seated without booking ordered the £5 pasta and a cocktail. We ordered 3 starters (2 King prawns, 1 mushroom), 2 pastas and a large still bottle of water for the two of us. I bet we spent more than the others stated above and yet they would happily turn us away. Oh, we also gave tips. Why would anyone be surprised if BellaItalia were to shut shop if this is their attitude towards customers.

Pleasant and efficient staff and a lovely meal

Food was disappointing, the spaghetti and meatballs were very oily and bland. We ordered a brownie for desert which was very dry and they had no vanilla ice cream which is included.

Service was bad, servers pick and choose when they accept discount codes/vouchers. Don't except vouchers on bank holidays even though this is not mentioned in the t&c’s. Without this the food is very overpriced for the quality.

Wouldn’t bother going if you want an enjoyable meal, server Mark is very loud and rude.

I live in Blackpool and went to the one opposite the Winter Gardens today. Bella Italia used to be a favourite to go to - pasta was always lovely - but today I tried something else.

Started with dough balls with garlic and mozzerella - when it first came it was unexpected - basically instead of the garlic being inside the balls - it was outside in the container and the cheese melted on top - but even though the cheese and oil was hot - the dough balls were still frozen. The waitress did take it away and got it cooked a little longer - but still not your standard dough ball - and this way is not a good way to cook them - as they are sat swimming in oil instead of a bit of oil in the middle of each ball.

The next thing I had was the Christmas pizza - the waiter that brought this swore that the pizza dough was freshly made but it was thin and solid as cardboard - I couldn't eat all of it - it felt like the base had been made and frozen then heated up - and the underneath was also on the cold side.

The latte and red wine was good though - and the staff was excellent - couldn't be any nicer or more helpful - its a shame though because bad food will reflect in the staff tips and that's not fair.

As mentioned Bella Italia used to be one of my firm favourites - sadly no more.

Ordered online for a late snack, only to have the order cancelled by the delivery driver 2 minutes before the shop was due to shut. Absolute joke of a business and absolute joke from Uber Eats.
