Best friend surprise birthday gift
Hey, my friend loved the brownies, so we are kind of truly satisfied with that. However, I selected 22nd February as the guaranteed date of delivery, so it was early, which my friend couldn't celebrate at midnight of his birthday, so that's the only minus point. Otherwise, it would be truly perfect. So I would like to give you guys have option for a selected delivery date rather than a guaranteed delivery date. thankyou

Halfed in size!
Ordered these last year for ny daighters bday and she loved them the brownies were a good size and boxed beautifully with a personalisation. Got them for her bday again this yr as they were such good quality. But they came half the size and the personalisation was on a tiny piece of fondant. The box was lovely apart from that the quality was very poor. I wouldnt pay that much for them again.

Our new premium packaging separates each brownie to keep them fresher and more intact during delivery, which may make them look slightly smaller. Such a gorgeous gift, it inspired me to gift to someone else.
I was bought a mixed selection of brownies as a corporate gift and they were gorgeous.
So much so, I wanted a thank you gift for the care home that had been looking after someone special, and immediately thought I'd buy a mixed selection for them.
They arrived promptly and safely the next day and I was proud to drop them off at the home today. I'm sure they'll love them as much I as did.

Misspelled name on Valentines order
I ordered the Valentines box for my boyfriend, unfortunately they spelled his name wrong! I messaged and they apologised - then refunded me the £3 personalisation cost which I just don’t feel was an adequate gesture given the brownies are £30 and the misspelling of his name ruined the whole gift. I messaged again and they offered 10% off my next order - why would I ever order again now when my experience hasn’t been great!

Unfortunately, due entirely to the delivery company, our order did not arrive on time. However, when I notified Bear’s Brownies of this they did everything they could to put things right. And when the brownies did arrive they were absolutely delicious, and they stayed fresh for days! We had the vegan brownies, highly recommended 😋.

Excellent customer service. I had to ask about soya in the vegan brownies as my son has a milk (and obvs doesn’t contain) and soya allergy. The reply was swift and we ordered two lots. Our son loved them so much, we ordered two more boxes ! They are delightful and really beautiful tasting brownies. Would have no idea they are vegan ones either.
