Disappointed
I followed the instructions and ordered well in time for a next day delivery. It was to a fellow Headteacher and her team who were dealing with a sudden death of a student during the school day. Check BBC Surrey, Camberley. The brownies and my message were not delivered. I was then told they would be delivered on the Monday of half term so I changed the address to my home. I have been here all day, with my son clearing out and the brownies have not materialised. What was meant to be a thoughtful gift showing that we care has vanished.

I apologise you seem to have experienced a mix up with communications in regard to your brownie delivery. I can see from our end that your brownies were picked up from us on the 4th feb for your preferred delivery day of the 5th of feb, which were then out for delivery Thursday 5th at 8:20am and delivered at 12:17pm on your chosen delivery day to your chosen delivery address.
From your tracking I can see there were no delays from the courier, nor any updates from you to deliver elsewhere. This delivery had been made smoothly and as originally instructed per your order to the original recipient. Perhaps check with them to see if they have received the parcel 2 weeks ago.

This may be because the delivery came on the wrong day and was left outside (because we weren’t there!)

Our brownies are baked to stay fresh for 7 days and even longer when kept in an airtight container. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope to make it right for you.

Didn't arrive - edited: issue rectified and review updated
Edited 31/05: Bear's Brownies arranged for a new box to be sent out via a different courier and though I couldn't gift for the original date/purpose, I was able to order the replacement at a later date for another occasion and it arrived quickly and without hassle. The team were helpful and efficient in sorting the issue, which I really appreciated.
Didn't arrive - I ordered nearly 2 weeks in advance and selected a delivery day 1 day before I actually needed it, in case of delays. Was given a 1hr delivery slot which then passed late by an hour, and when I contacted DPD support they said to wait because there was a delay. Nothing showed up and now the app is saying it'll be delivered 2 days later - this is a perishable item and I have no idea how it's being stored for the 2 days. I've ordered from here several times before and normally have no issues, so this is very disappointing as this was not cheap and is a gift.
