Can’t vouch for the taste, but they look really good courtesy of a photo from one of my DiLs! I do think you should warn customers that DPD says the delivery is from Rachael’s Kitchen : for 24 hours I thought I had ordered from 2 firms by mistake!!

Ordered 100 brownies on a speedy delivery next day before 12pm. They arrived at 4.40 and the driver pronounced the name wrong so they were nearly sent back. Brownies good but need to find a reliable courier

Great company
Great company, incredibly fast delivery! Only criticism was that I asked for it to be delivered during the working week (for an office), not a weekend. And it arrived on a Saturday. No big issue as I was next door. Having said that they turned the order around in 24hrs which is impressive!

Our brownies have a freshness of 7 days and can last even longer in an airtight container, so they would still have been perfectly gooey and delicious.

Brownies not delivered on the day I wanted (6 March). Delivery company says they could not access building. Redelivery booked for 4 days later (won’t deliver at weekend). Brownies will no longer be fresh and International Women’s Day (8 March) will be over

From the tracking, we can see that the driver did attempt delivery at the chosen address on your preferred day but was unable to access the building. We apologise that they were not able to reschedule it for an earlier time, but please be assured it was attempted on the correct day. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands and is down to the courier. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with our delivery partners to help prevent situations like this in the future.
