Bought the brownies as a gift
Bought the brownies as a gift. The delivery was next day as promised on the site and the communication was good. The brownies were very well presented and tasted amazing (so iv been told). Very happy with my purchase, i will no doubt buy again and I would recommend.

Damaged on arrival
Seem to have changed the way they package the brownies so they were smashed and damaged upon arrival. Shame wont be ordering again.

Terrible Delivery and Customer Service!
I had ordered the Bear's Brownies, "Brew and Brownie" package to be delivered to my son who is at University in Edinburgh. It was ordered on the Wednesday for delivery on the Saturday, his birthday! The company advertise next day delivery, but the package wasn't delivered the following Monday lunchtime. This was only after I had contacted the company to cancel the order! They insisted that even though their brownies, that were not vacuum packed and had been lying in the back of a van for 72 hours were perfectly delicious to eat!!! They refused any recompense!

We’re very sorry the delivery was later than expected. We use third-party couriers, so timing can sometimes be outside of our control. Our delivery days are preferred, and we always recommend ordering the day before an event to allow for safe delivery, as we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Our brownies have a freshness of 7 days after delivery and last even longer in an airtight container, so they would still have been perfectly gooey for your son to enjoy. We instruct couriers to leave parcels safely as they are perishable items, to ensure they reach the recipient in the best possible condition. We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Mixed Gluten Free Brownies
My son ordered a box of mixed Gluten Free Brownies for Mother’s Day. What a treat! Beautifully boxed and presented. The brownies themselves are truly excellent- soft, rich, gooey and gorgeous. We will be ordering again!

Bad experience with the courier has made this not worth it
I ordered specifically because I wanted the brownies to arrive by a certain date as a surprise for my partner. On the date they were due to be delivered, I got a message from DPD saying there was an issue at the sorting facility. So they were going to arrive the day after instead, despite paying for a courier service to do next day delivery.
Then the next day, DPD said they tried to deliver but no one was home so they will try again the next day. The parcel is supposed to be designed to fit in the letterbox so that they can deliver any time so I don't know why there was a further delay. I still don't have a delivery slot from DPD. So I have paid £25 for 3 day old brownies and now have to be home all day to receive them.

Super tasty, lovely packaging and fast delivery
Bought these as a pick me up treat for my in-laws - arrived really quickly and in lovely packaging, and they’re still raving about them two weeks later. I think it’s a hint that I need to order them again! :)
