Very bad experience, I have lost my withdrawals...

Affilié 38851 comme beaucoup de personnes ici j'attends mon retrait depuis plus d'un mois avec des excuses techniques en continue de la part du support... j'attends de recevoir mes fonds pour espérer changer d'avis sur ce broker

En attendant j'envoie mes clients ailleurs

Desde Septiembre del 2024 no aprueban los retiros. Tengo mi dinero retenido, sin ninguna solución a esto. Que falta de respeto de esta gente que lo único que hacen es dar la misma respuesta, parecen robotizados.
Imposible que hasta la fecha de hoy no hayan solucionado nada y ni siquiera envían un correo masivo indicando el problema que tienen, nunca han sido formales a la hora de dar información.
Por favor no caigan con este broker scam

Completa y absoluta ESTAFA. Durante un tiempo operó sin problema, pero desde hace unos meses hacia acá, congelaron el dinero de todos. No existen retiros, el chat ya ni si quiera opera, alguien sabe como hacer para que den con los dueños? Será sencillo si hacemos una acción colectiva que caigan las personas que tienen que caer.

Nun schreibe ich wieder eine negative Bewertung. Mittlerweile habe ich einen Anwalt konsultiert, da, wie bei vielen Anderen hier, das Geld nicht ausgezahlt wird. Den ersten Schritt, den mein Anwalt vornahm, war, eine Geldaufforderung an bds markets in Mauritius zu senden. Diese wurde offensichtlich nicht erfüllt. Der nächste Schritt wird sein, dass die Finanzaufsicht in Mauritius benachrichtigt wird. Daraufhin soll eine Klage eingereicht werden.

fui patner y desde hace meses algunos clientes tienen el dinero atrapado, de verdad que no dan repuesta de nada investigue y 10 de empleados de la alta gerencia renunciaron y quedo en el limbo pero retener el dinero de los clientes? cual es el sentido? no dejan retirar nada absolutamente nada. I wrote a complaint about BDSWISS previously. My experience with them was bad. Being made to invest every now and then and paying for different services e.g gas fees and many more inorder to withdraw my money. I joined the Company on telegram. After complaining they convinced me I have to be patient. I even dropped a message in the group on telegram to tell other people this is a scam. They attacked me and said I'm lying they've been with BDSWISS for long and it's changing their lives. I thought to myself maybe it's true I have to follow the instructions to succeed which is depositing money now and then as said. I then posted a review that BDSWISS is a good company and they've succeeded in addressing my proble. Little did I know that I was being deceived. They posted a proof that my withdrawal I nearing since its released. From that moment until now I've never received my investment and have paid close to 100k. I was being helped by Irene the manager and recently handed to someone who I think is disguising to be Nicholas the CEO or former CEO. He keeps on wanting money every day under the pretext he's helping me to withdraw my investment. I have told him I'm no longer going to invest any money and that they are scammers. I even told him I'm going to open a case against them. Please help me to recover my money

A bdswiss optou por roubar os clientes sob a alegação de "problemas técnicos". Eles usam argumentos mentirosos para não pagar as pessoas e o meu desde setembro de 2024 não é pago! Absurdo. Eles simplesmente não dão nenhuma previsão de pagamento, dando a entender que não irão pagar. Estou precisando do capital devido a problemas de saúde e eles ignoram complemente qualquer necessidade das pessoas.

I have been waiting for a withdrawals for 7 months now. This is ridiculous. And they keep giving me the same standard answer. Asking me to be patient while they "resole the issue"

Bruttissima esperienza, da più di 4 mesi che non mi accettano i prelievi, orami in chat non ti rispondono neanche più fanno direttamente un copia incolla di messaggi già mandati e ti chiudono la chat immediatamente. Non serve neanche mandare un reclamo tanto anche li rispondono sempre con copia e incolla, questi fantomatici "problemi tecnici" a cui si appigliano per darti una "spiegazione" ormai non tengono più, anche perchè a una domanda:"quali problemi sono" non vi danno alcuna risposta e vi mettono in attesa.

Sono passato altri 10 giorni dallla mia ultima recensione dove mi hanno risposto che stanno cercando di risolvere senza nessuna soluzione. L’assistenza via chat Continua a fare copia in colla alla solita risposta

I've been trying to withdraw ~194 USD (subject to exchange rate) for the last 7 days. They assure withdrawals to be completed within 48 hours (faster for crypto), and here I am with nothing but excuses.

Every query is met with the answer:
"Rest assured that our team is working diligently to ensure that all requests are handled as swiftly as possible.

We are currently experiencing unexpected delays, however your request should be processed with priority."

We all know ~194USD is a fortune equal to the net worth of the 1% (:/)

They came recommended to me by a fellow trader. But he now tells me he hasn't traded with them in years.

So I think they're a well orchestrated scam, which makes it disheartening for beginner traders like me.

I will never recommend them to anyone and have already notified other beginner traders I got to know to stay away from them.
