Barcode Giant Arvostelua 

Barcodes has been a very reliable source for obtaining the POS equipment required by my company. My sales rep Joseph is always very responsive to requests for quotes. Our orders are promptly shipped and received in a timely manner.

Overall good to deal with. They have worked with me on several pricing challenges. My only complaint would be product availability which is not always within their control.

Partially shipped order as several of the same items were on back order. Company communicated issues and met alternate ship date on back order. Prices are competitive.

Miss leading and little product information make a choice from. Will not use again.

This one really works great. I had the old model of this same tracker ball & it lasted at least ten years. This new model is a little smaller and has rubber on the bottom so it does not slide. I love it - thanks a lot for still stalking this model.

The shipment of the items was very poor ..

Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number.

Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.
