Did not get a tracking confirmation. After some correspondence and delays it was agreed to ship the product directly to the end customer to minimise the late delivery. Very difficult to get feedback.... Näytä lisää

My order was LATE after I paid a lot for next day shipping BUT was partially refunded after I called. I needed to return unused item past their return window and no dice!!

No one at Barcode Discount could tell me about my order, it took ages to ship when they promise "next day", they treated me very impolite, they are rude. I won't buy there again.

They were excellent

They were excellent. I ordered at 5pm and got my printer next day at 8:30 AM. That really saved us a huge headache. The printer worked as advertised.

Stellar Customer Service

Customer service rep ended up taking care of me because I had 2 different ship to locations. All done with ease! Great job!!

Love the barcode varifier - NiCd won't charge

Love the barcode varifier! There is a high correlation between the grade given the barcode and how well the various 'cheap' scanners can read it.
Very helpful to know when the quality is borderline.
Still trying to figure out how to translate the different measurements into actionable information resulting in preventative maintenance.

Took off a star because the NiCd batteries appear to be bad. Even left overnight there was no charge.
I opted to disconnect the charger and use regular alkaline, so I don't know if the charging circuit is bad or the batteries. Perhaps I'll gamble and purchase some NiCd batteries or purchase a charger for NiCd.

These people came through in a pinch

I would like to thank you, people, for helping me in a time of crisis when everybody else practically in the country was out of the part you guys came through. It works I'm online and I got it quickly. Thank you again.

Terrible Customer Support

This has to be the worst customer experience that I have ever had. I purchased a Zebra accessory from them and then returned it. They said that they will refund my card. It has been over 2 months since I returned the part and I still haven't received the refund.

I emailed them (no response) so I then called them a week later and they said that they will issue the refund right away. That was over 3 weeks ago and guess what? Still no refund.

Don't trust this company. Poor ethics and customer support.
