I was told product was in stock when I ordered it and then notified a week later that it was not in stock. However, they did beat the new estimated arrival date by a week and I did receive the correct product so overall it was a good experience.

We have used Barcode Giant several times and they have always completed our orders in a timely manner. As a repeat customer, we have a specific representative we can call directly. Will definitely order from this company again.

I ordered my scanner holster although…

I ordered my scanner holster although my employer should provide it. The one they gave me was much too small and I was told to break it in. Barcode Giant had the correct scanner which suits my needs perfectly. It was delivered earlier than scheduled. Although the cost seemed a bit high to me it was not excessive. I am very pleased with my experience.

Still waiting on order (19 days now)

Placed an order 19 days ago and its been difficult to get a delivery timeline and even get updates. Update- Someone finally reached out and helped me get this resolved relatively quickly.

Seems like a good supplier

I've ordered only a couple of times. Each time the order was filled and shipped promptly. I will do business with Barcode Giant again.

Barcode Giant was awesome

Barcode Giant was awesome! We ordered our equipment and received it within days! They even emailed me to make sure everything was correct! We are definitely going to use them again when we need more equipment for our warehousing needs!
